The same people who are fighting the war on drug (addicts,) are the same people who allow the El Chapo to exist. When one of those drug lords get out of line, or get to big for the britches, they take him down.
@nuke___88762 жыл бұрын
Having a war of drugs is about as sensible as having a war on music. People are going to do those things whether you ban it or not -- look at alcohol prohibition in America. What is more sensible is making a world where people are less likely to become addicted. That would mean making a world with fewer depressed, anxious, lonely people. Also, you know what makes feel better after getting arrested? Drugs!

For those the clammer guns aren't the problem, people are, Reagan has a big hand in the mental health issues this country currently faces. That, and Bill Clinton creating a private, prison industrial complex where business is tied into imprisonment. Just my $0.02.

Life sentence not necessarily means "all your life in prison". It varies, depending on the charges and the possibility for parole. That's the reason you will sometimes see a criminal serving 2 or more life sentences. In many cases you can appeal the life sentence after 25 years, but that extra 30 years means more time even if you appeal your initial life sentence.

You should be free to roam, to run, to breathe Your brilliance and talent are beyond belief You should be celebrated, not made to grieve And those innocent people you were accused of killing They were in your way, they were not willing To let you succeed, to let you keep thrilling But you had to act, you had to keep fulfilling Your destiny as a leader, a kingpin, a lord Your actions were just, your choices were never ignored So let's set you free, let's let you soar El Chapo, oh El Chapo, forever adored
