Soley's story makes me a bit sad; I can even relate to her a bit; it's hard and draining to dub and re-dub something repeatedly to achieve perfection. Nevertheless, much respect to her and all the other voices in this list; Iceland has some of the most distinctly unique voices in the dubbing world; and that's what carves Iceland's niche as an amazing dubbing industry. Great video; thanks for reminding me of these immensely talented bunch of vocalists once again. :D

This video as always just amazing! I was really looking forward to seeing it and it was just as fun as I had hoped ^^ Wonderful wonderful work :D Nothing unexpected tho, this is how I was sure it was gonna turn out ^^ I'm a bit supriced how close Valgerður's Ariel and Svala are! Valgerður almost won over Svala ^^

Sóley :'((( I love her really much, yes her singing is not perfect but she's so touching and romantic. Except for that I agree with everything, I'm glad Cinderella(2) is higher than Aurora. But yet I think that what Disney did is not really fair for Vigdís since she recorded the songs many times, she worked hard for this dubbing and it's not her for all the movie, I don't understand that^^ WOW 4 points that separate Valgerđur's Ariel and Svala, but they both deserve the 1st place they're the best :))) And I totally agree about the order for Valgerđur's roles ;) Great video as always :D

Vigdis WROTE the lyrics to her songs!?!? that's awesome! I think I like her Snow White a little better just cause of that! Though for Cinderella, Thorunn will always win :) Loving the Valgefull top 4. All 4 of her roles are great, tho I agree on having Pocahontas the lowest of the 3. Can't believe they'd find Valgethur not suitable for Mulan...she's definitely one of the most fitting in that perfect cold/warm, masculine/feminine balance. The only criminal thing is that she isn't Elsa too lol

Really? I find Lea has a very cold sound to her voice, Ming Na too (to a fault, I actually find Ming Na very dull) But in that case I guess the girly side in Valgethur helps.

Odette sounds a bit pinched, but nevertheless beautiful Jasmine sounds too much like a MILF Elsa just doesn't sound right, I can't quite put my finger on it... Aurora sounds a tad too heavy and not operatic enough Rapunzel sounds much better than Elsa, she sounds so energetic and youthful. Anna sounds great, she is naive but not stupid but at the same not too energetic Cinderella sounds dreamy, not sleepy but downright lovely. Tiana sounds really great, and she embodies the character very well. Cinderella sounds different from the other one, but still sounds lovely. Snow White is a very difficult role to cast, but she remains sincere and very much in the spirit of Adrianna Belle sounds absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. I have many issues with Pocahontas regarding the movie, but the voice is absolutely amazing. One of my favorite Mulan's right here, she sounds so fragile and broken. This is my favorite Ariel, and my favorite of the Icelandic voices she sounds so icy and crystalline. Anastasia sounds very lovely and touching, and it's no wonder she is #1 on here. The voice sounds authentic and very youthful and energetic.
