One of the best literary adaptations I've ever seen. An amazing and suitably unsettling tribute to one of England's finest writers. All hail Sredni Vashtar and his creator Saki!

unbelievable that this isn't more well known, however it is true that H.H. Munro has become forgotten, and his stories disused. But it is a shame because here we see passages of majestic prose that intrigues and tantalizes. The common thread throughout the stories unravels to show the audience a tale of childlike imagination barred up in an oppressive hutch. We are left feeling despondent of the demise of our curiosity and wonder, thereby wondering at the foregoing's loss.
