You both are adorable. Especially every time you both play hide and seek in the apartment. Idk why that cracks me up and I want to do in the future now. Lol Just some options: Loser has to cook dinner for the full week. The winner gets a yes day where they can do anything, any activity (shopping, go out to eat, etc) and the loser can't say no. Winner has to plan a date. Loser has to do the chores for 2 weeks. Loser has to do any activity the winner has wanted to do. Loser has to make a 3 course meal.

The same thing happened to my neck. I recommend to check the thyroid gland with a doctor. I'm on medication now.
