Has US President Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel exacerbated the deep-rooted dispute between Israelis and Palestinians?
This report talks to people on both sides of the conflict. For them Jerusalem is more than a political disagreement. The city is their home, a place of longing for Jews, Muslims and Christians alike. Our documentary joins travel guide Schmuel Kahn, who emigrated from Switzerland to Israel, on a tour through Jerusalem's Old City, where the holiest sites of Judaism, Christianity and Islam exist side by side. Anthropologist Ali Qleibo, who is descended from an old Palestinian family, wonders how he would react if his daughter wanted to marry a Jewish man. Sarah from Hamburg, who has taken Israeli citizenship, makes a fervent appeal for a Jewish state. And musician Muhammad Mughrabi is convinced that only dialogue between Israelis and Palestinians can bring an 'end of hatred'. @@aturtump1861 Humanitarian is a Christian concept because Christianity has believed in an ancient God YHWH was reformed by a human Jesus who atoned with God and is God paradox. Jesus was human he could reform a God of judgment to a God of forgiveness as a son. God experiencing what it is to be human through a son and becoming God. Obviously Christianity is also practiced in flawed ways too. But the spiritual question of today needs to be answered that helps bridge understandings and values and differences. I think there is a mutual spiritual solution in Christianity, Islam, and Judaism and all religions. But it requires giving up an idolatry God for a God beyond idolatry. (Isaiah shared by all three religions). Plato also influenced these three religions and the Druze. Obviously Christians, Jews, Muslims will not give up their religion. And the atheist doesn’t understand the deeper connection religion provide. So if there is to be peace the religions of the area need to be in dialogue and friendly argument To find greater realizations. And abandon the literal stupidity. Everyone needs to give up their God for God.

The priest from the Zoroastrian religion came to india with their Avestan language and fire rituals and later created some slogans in old Sanskrit to form the Vedas which was never written down. These priest learnt the principles of the Samana tradition that originated in the southern part of the sub continent namely in the Tamizh tradition and started incorporating it into their already existent vaiteegam rituals and produced the Upanishads and became vegetarians. For a solid philosophical footing which they needed in a highly philosophical Tamizh infused land about the 8th century Adi Sankara came up with Advaita logic that distorted the original Buddhist thoughts and produced a dichotomical nonsense which did not last the test of time. Later they took up the Tantric Samana Tamizh tradition and put forth the bakti religiosity. This they took also from the Christian tradition and desperately created for the Islamic onslaught. Bakti was based on erotism and appealed to the masses. The high Samana tantric philosophical basis was ruined for the newly conjectured 'Hindu' religion of the wretched puranic tales. This is the history of the Priestly class(Brahmins) that still retain their priesthood in the agamic temples that held sway through the bakti movement from the 10th century onwards. The consecutive non-Tamizh rulers firmly rooted the new found 'Hindu' religion with its caste system( the four varnas) that the British gave the final seal to....

I know many of you may find this hard to believe, but the Jews built Jerusalem when David was King, more of expanded it. In the bible verse 2 Chronicles 6:6, King Solomon prays to God during the dedication of the First Temple in Jerusalem, acknowledging that God had chosen Jerusalem as the place where His name would dwell: "But I have chosen Jerusalem that my name may be there, and I have chosen David to be over my people Israel." And many people think it was the Arabs who had it first because they are looking back at WW2 when it was actually called the British Mandate of Palestine, which was owned by the British.

I am grateful that some beautiful works are scrolling around 3 years later. Today, 4/21/22 we are watching wars, rumours of wars and lawlessness everywhere. My main interest has been Israel. This story helped me understand and blessed me to see what my spirit man believed. The different groups can get along. I love the idea of the educational pursuits linking the children as beautiful people who can be different and enjoy relationships too. Fascinating to teach in both languages. The children in those six schools will be awesome characters. The teachers are too. The young Palestinian musician portrayed a depth of understanding. It's precious how he laid his verbal weapons down and began using powerful encouraging words for those who will listen to learn. May the Lord multiply all efforts to bring peace to those who live there in Jerusalem and Israel today. The Lord is not far off. Praying we are ready.
