No atleast in germantown homeowners are required to build a sidewalk/ maintain it if their part of the street has the sidewalk on it. My friend in east memphis had to rebuild his sidewalk about 5 years ago cause the city sent a notice. This is nothing new, crazy yall made a story about this.

Shouldn't be responsible for what belongs to the city.. Taxes are paid on everything we purchase, which as taxe payers have little to no say so of what our tax dollars are spent for or on. This isn't Fair at all, and need to change.
