I use this same company. American Home Warranty is a Rip off. I set in my home for 3 months in the summer when the temperatures outside was a 110 because they refused to replace my AC unit I had. I had fight them for 3 months and finally they approved at AC unit. As soon as they replace it I drop their tails quickly. I just decide to save me a rainy day savings account. All the warranty companies are a ripped off do not use them.

OMG I would have just called and got financing on a new heater from local HVAC company. I never believed in those home warranty companys after a huge plumbing need went unsolved and I had to pay thousands to fix it.

Idk who needs to hear this but you shouldn't have to go on the news to be treated with respect and have your situation taken care of by a company you pay money to. It's really shameful. The midlothian needs to do better period. Also I'm super thankful for all the news does bc eithout them, we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed when we needed it.

The same thing happened to my elderly retired mom. I nagged the hell out of the company. I called the news. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. And I told them that they need to read the fine print of there contract. Sad that we have to go through so many changes for something that we pay for.

I had American Home shield, when I called no questions, I paid the service fee, as described in contract they replaced the homes Heater no questions, seems this old lady had shady customers service, was not a reputable company. sad company's treat customers like this.
