Cam put together the perfect line in the face of Cephalid Coliseum, which is just the classic blowout card. The fact that Labman was the very bottom card was insane.

at 10:53 if you dont pact the phantasmal image i think he could win, he had 1 floating, creates 9 treasures, expends 5 to cast kenrith, now haves 4 treasures, taps bloom for green red and white, 4 treasures 3 mana and 1 land its enough to give the phantasmal image a +1/+1 counter and the reanimate part of kenrith, then he has 9 treasures and whit 7 he could repeat the loop and generate infinite mana and win

After the Cephalid Coliseum activation, Cam could of activated LED, discarding Laboratory Maniac and then reanimating Laboratory Maniac though Kenrith.

It just goes to show how powerful Ouphe is right now when Steve happily plays it after a Mana Vault. You even see decks running fast mana specifically to power out Ouphe sometimes.

Hey! Cam, you could have reanimated p.image, copying the ewit, get the wheel. Then targeted the p.image with kenrith sacrificing it. Then reanimate it as copy of ewit, get wheel, loop loop.. and still go mana positive

That game was really crazy , Meltdown for 2 and btw cam you could keep doing Wheel of fortune with phantasmal image ( Activate Kenrith on +1/1 phimage get phimage back to copy Ewit , cuz that loop is 7 mana and you make 14 out of Hullbreacher , same goes for thassa's oracle didn't need to sac it at that point )

The main problem with a sans-blue table is that all of the decks tend to be turbo, and without many counterspells or ways to stop them the games end very very quickly

Can someone explain how Cam didn’t lose in the last game? By my understanding he should have drawn three cards while everything was on the stack, so why did thassa’s reanimating cause the win? Does it resolve first on the stack?

You did not need barren. You can target phant with kenrith to put counter on, then reaniamte it target witness and still do the wheel loop till you get to whatever you need. Also you can target phimage, the reanimate it targetting the oracle. Cephalid does nothing vs you in that position
