We Muslims believe that sins have negative consequences, sins lead to punishment. One can be punished both in this life and in the next life. Allah is the only one who punishes us for our sins. Indeed, the wrongdoers never succeed.” “She advanced towards him, and he would have done likewise, had he not seen a sign from his Lord.1 This is how We kept evil and indecency away from him, for he was truly one of Our chosen servants.” They raced for the door and she tore his shirt from the back, only to find her husband at the door. Everyone has sinned. How is the soul healed? God is the only one who can heal the soul and make you clean. The blood of Jesus is the only thing that can make you clean. He loves you. He is the only way to God. I lived in sin as a believer in Jesus Christ for about 19 years because I didn’t read and understand that the Lord wanted to be my friend and for me to love Him and people but I wasn’t baptized until two and a half years before He began speaking to me in dreams and the Angel of the Lord came to be with me (Psalm 34:7). When the Lord started speaking to me I was suddenly flooded with revelation of God’s love for people and it was just like you read about the prophets in the Old Testament. I cried uncontrollably constantly asking the Father to turn people from their selfishness to Jesus. The Lord spoke to me but the Angel of the Lord would speak to me and show me things and I think the Holy Spirit was the one who took me into the Garden of Eden and we walked in the River of Life. I saw the Lord bring me out of Egypt but the most amazing thing is the power of His love flooding your heart and you don’t think about keeping laws. You just realize God gave His son to save as many people as would come to Him and His Son was treated worse than a criminal for loving His own people. When people sin God takes it personal. People aren’t just hurting themselves or people. They’re hurting God and His whole family of Christians because they struggle and suffer with Christ in loving and giving their lives to tell the world about the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; a family of faith in His ability to save and make us clean. It’s sad because God never rejected His people. So many Jews have rejected the simple way He provided to give them the perfect repentance they always wanted. Jesus loves you. Please pray and ask God what the truth is about Jesus. God has spoken to me many times and all I did was truly repent and talk to Him. Just ask Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Abraham, Joseph and so on if God is a God of friendship and conversation. When Adam and Eve were here He walked and talked with them. He loved them. It’s what God created them for. They weren’t powerful like Angels. They were little tiny beings on a little tiny planet in a space and time that seem so huge but in comparison to God and eternity the biggest things you can see are nothing but specks of dust. Please take a leap of faith, stop trying to copy someone else’s prayer life to gain relationship with God and just call out to Him and show true genuine interest in Him. He’s a real loving God and wants you to be His little boy.

Got question, I’ve heard Christians claiming that Muhammad Alav HaShalom is not a prophet due to him being barbaric. Does being barbaric nullify prophethood by any chance?
@Dr.Grunwald3 жыл бұрын
I might not have as much credibility as the man on the video. But I can give some input that might be useful in understanding the Jewish perspective. Prophets are supposed to be righteous messengers of HaShem. I guess being barbaric is subjective if you think about it. If there are aliens out in space, they may think we are barbaric. Just like what we think of animals. Anyways, a prophet is someone who is sent by G-d to send a message or bring repentance. Islam says that Muhammad is a messenger of Allah, but how do we know if that is true? We have to look for other indicators/signs. In the Torah, it says that if a prophet comes in the name of any g-d that has not been known by your father, put him to death (Deuteronomy 13). Islam teaches that Allah is the one and only g-d who must be worshiped. It’s odd that all the prophets were Jewish, but Muhammad is the exception. If Muhammad was a true prophet, why didn’t he teach that judaism is the truth? I think that this is the reason he is not a true prophet. I respect Islam and I believe that its close to the true G-d of our fathers. I believe the Muslims will be considered to Hashem. (Maybe not the radicals though). I hope you find this helpful to see some Jewish thoughts. May Hashem bless you, and guide you!

Also, since Islam means total submission to hashem by falling on ur face and prostrating, brother Aaron has agreed that the religion of Noah Alav HaShalom and Adam Alav HaShalom were Muslims since they submitted to one true god. However, if you mean by Islam followers of Muhammad Alav HaShalom, this means that these followers have confirmed all the previous prophets sent by the most high including the last and final one. I can think of couple of explanations. Maybe the historians got it wrong in regards to when the kings of Egypt began to be çalled Pharaoh? Just like scientists are mistaken about human evolution, the historians are mistaken in regards to pharaoh. Another explanation could be that the Torah called him by the name he was known in the time the Torah was written (i.e. during Moses A"H years). We see that Torah does this in other instances. For example the name "land of Cush" wasn't called by that name during the days of Adam A"H, because Cushites did not exist yet, but Torah already calls it "Land of Cush" in Genesis. It assigns it the name by which it was known during the time the Torah was written.

@@blessedishashemtheg-dofisr7397 This cannot be compared to or is even close to what you're referring to. By the way, evolution exists, Darwin's evolution is not true. Darwin's evolution on the other hand has no credible scientist in support of it. So saying scientists got it wrong isn't correct. This would've been a compelling argument. Only thing is that the same Torah in Exodus or genesis also calls him the king of Egypt. So now we're changing our style at the last minute for only this one verse while the others before and after this arr in the same style? How long will you overlook this? Also, now you cannot blame Muhammad of plagiarism. Allahuakbar! Because if he did plagiarize, he would have made the same mistake the Torah made wouldn't he?

@@blessedishashemtheg-dofisr7397 Below are some of the example verses from the Qur'an dealing with the ruler of Egypt during the time of Joseph(P) and Moses(P). 1. Joseph(P) & The King Of Egypt A few examples of the usage of the word King during the time of Joseph: The king (of Egypt) said: "I do see (in a vision) seven fat kine, whom seven lean ones devour, and seven green ears of corn, and seven (others) withered. O ye chiefs! expound to me my vision, if it be that ye can interpret visions." [Qur'an 12:43] They said: "We miss the great beaker of the king; for him who produces it, is (the reward of) a camel-load; I will be bound by it." [Qur'an 12:72] Moses(P) & The Pharaoh Of Egypt A few examples of the usage of the word Pharaoh during the time of Moses: Moses said: "O Pharaoh! I am a messenger from the Lord of the Worlds. [Qur'an 7:104] Then after them sent We Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our Signs. But they were arrogant: they were a people in sin. [Qur'an 10:75] What does modern Egyptology tells us about the rulers of the Egypt and when they were called as Pharaohs? The Encylopedia Britannica informs us under "Pharaoh": (from Egyptian per 'aa, "great house") , originally, the royal palace in ancient Egypt; the word came to be used as a synonym for the Egyptian king under the New Kingdom (starting in the 18th dynasty, 1539-1292 BC), and by the 22nd dynasty (c. 945-c. 730 BC) it had been adopted as an epithet of respect. The term has since evolved into a generic name for all ancient Egyptian kings, although it was never formally the king's title.[1] Most of us are unaware of this minor but very important point that the rulers of Egypt were called Pharaohs only in the New Kingdom period. Loosely speaking, in layman terms, all the Egyptian rulers are addressed as Pharaohs which is, of course, incorrect. According to the Bible, the ruler of Egypt during the times of Abraham(P) (Genesis 12), Joseph(P) (Genesis 41) and Moses(P) was called a Pharaoh. If this is to be taken literally as well as correct (as some Biblicists would say!) then the whole story of Egypt in the Bible needs to be re-arranged from the New Kingdom Period. This is because the ruler of Egypt was called a Pharaoh only from this period onwards. Any mention of the term Pharaoh in connection with the ruler of Egypt before this period is an anachronism. Let us briefly see what are the current hypothesis concerning the entry of Joseph(P) into Egypt. There are two well-known hypothesis. The first one is that he entered Egypt during the time of Hyksos. Hyksos belonged to a group of mixed Semitic-Asiatics who were settled in northern Egypt during the 18th century BC. Around 1630 they seized power, and Hyksos kings ruled Egypt as the 15th dynasty (c. 1630-1521 BC). The name Hyksos was used by the Egyptian historian Manetho (fl. 300 BC), who, according to the Jewish historian Josephus (fl. 1st century CE), translated the word as "king-shepherds" or "captive shepherds". Hyksos was probably an Egyptian term for "rulers of foreign lands" (heqa-khase). The second one is that Joseph's(P) entry into Egypt took place during 12th Dynasty of Middle Kingdom Period. The ruler during his time is supposed to be Sesostris III. It is not our aim get into the research involved in finding the period. There are many issues involved here, e.g., Egyptology data, the doubt whether the Bible writers who were writing about the events, were eye-witnesses or whether the story of Joseph(P) was narrated/written many centuries later after the actual event. Interestingly, The Interpreter's Dictionary Of The Bible understood some of the discrepancies in the Egyptology data concerning the Story of Joseph(P) and states that: The frank attitude toward the stories about Egypt in Genesis and Exodus is that folk memory had retained the essentials of great Hebrew experience but had later clothed that memory with some details imperfectly recollected and some circumstantial details borrowed from later times and conditions.[2] In gist, the entry of Joseph(P) into Egypt occured before the ruler of Egypt was called Pharaoh. The use of Malik (King) instead of Fir'awn (Pharaoh) by the Qur'an represents historical accuracy with the data available to us. Whereas the mentioning of Pharaoh as a ruler during the time of Joseph(P) in Genesis 41 (and more so in the time of Abraham(P) in Genesis 12!) is an anachronism. In the case of Moses(P), most of the scholars place the events of oppression and exodus in the New Kingdom Period when Merneptah and Ramases II were the rulers. They were of course, called Pharaohs. Hence the Qur'an is correct in the usage of the word Fir'awn (Pharaoh) for the ruler of Egypt. Conclusions With the current data available to us from Egyptology, the mentioning of the ruler of Egypt is addressed as King (Malik, in Arabic) during the time of Joseph's(P) and Pharaoh (Fir'awn, in Arabic) during the time of Moses(P) by the Qur'an is amazingly accurate. The Bible writers, on the other hand, while writing about the stories of Abraham and Joseph(P) used the term Pharaoh for the rulers of Egypt which is anachronic. Further studies in Egyptology will shed more light on the lives of the Prophets.

Aleikum Salam. That's a good question. The promise that G-d made to Abraham PBUH was reinstated to the children of Israel specifically, several times. For example.... "See, I have set the land before you; come and possess the land which the Lord swore to your forefathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them and their descendants after them." (Deuteronomy 1:8). Therefore the way Jews understand it, is that the land is promised only to descendants of Israel. However, we have such a concept of allowing non Jews to live in the land (as Ger Toshav - kind of like temporary residents) as long they observe the 7 laws which G-d gave to Noah PBUH. So theoretically it may be possible, but we need a religious government in Israel for that.
