As someone who has GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) is about Riley's age in Inside Out 2, that movie hit HARD dude. They described what I was going through almost perfectly. Especially their representation of a panic attack, like, WOW.

My mom and I saw 'IF', and I agree- not a lot happened. It was strangely mature for a kids film too. The whole scene with the grandma dancing- was beautiful for sure, but it went on too long for a kids movie. A lot of the kids in the viewing I was in, were so bored! Literally kicking their feet against the back of the seats so bored! As an adult, I enjoyed it for a movie about grief and fear, but again, it was just strangely mature to be a kids movie.

I already noticed in the trailers that inside out 2 wasn’t very subtle, it was that "bottled emotions" line or something like that. Its a huge pet peeve of mine so I hope it isn’t too annoying

Honestly for a Disney sequel it was pretty good and it coulda been a LOT worse ☠️🙏

Yeah, i agree, a lot of the concepts in Inside Out 2 were very on the nose.

I agree about Blue in IF. He was a bit annoying and his jokes were never funny. His design is not very creative too! It's Grimace from Mcdonald but with fur... that's it 😐The other if were ok except the Awkwafina buble (Why was she in this movie?) The music was nice, the message too. IF is not a boring movie, i like it. I give the film 7|10.

Loved Inside Out 2. Wasn't as good as the first one but I still appreciate it for what it is. I do agree that I was more interested in Riley's parts in the movie tho. IF feels like a movie that would've been pitched to, and turned down by, Robin Williams. Like, it feels like a script that would've been written with him in mind (for Ryan Reynold's role) and that he would've said no to because it wasn't funny/well written enough. As for The Garfield Movie, I know it's meant to be aimed at little kids, and I'm not asking for something super complex (Garfield's never been very complicated). But idk. Maybe something funnier? Maybe something other than "absent parent tries to connect with child and is revealed to be a criminal", AKA one of *the most* generic story plots in existence? Or, again, *you could just make it funnier.* Seriously, I would've been fine with the incredibly generic plot if the movie was just funny. Why is it so hard for Hollywood to make Garfield funny?

There’s this Chinese movie you should review called Cats (Not the terrible live action monstrosity everyone unfortunately watched for some reason), or Cats & Peachtopia as it’s sometimes called, it’s free on Tubi but it’s better if you listen to it in Chinese on youtube if you search for the right one really hard since the English dub sounds generic.
