The Crown estates are the Landlords so would need to take action. Unless the property was bought with private monies the properties are all held and managed by the Crown Estates. This just like an Company holding of property .

So he's got that cash plus an easy 10 million pound inheritance. He'll live very well for the rest of his days. The royal lodge is huge 30 bedroom and set on large grounds. Andrews seen he goes out riding on the estate on the horses. He goes clay pigeon shooting aswell. Paparazzi so.etimes capture that aswell. Charles also helps pay the cooks, cleaners, butlers, maids, driver landscapers, security. Hes protected in the UK aswell or any territory owned by crown like Australia Canada etc. He plans to never go usa in his lifetime again. Stay in England. Big mansion, big estate, protected from prosecution for the rape, money in the bank. He'll live good the rest of his days.

I think it could be that Andrew feels a ‘sense of failure’ if he leaves Royal Lodge along with everything else that has happened with him. Why should King Charles bank roll Andrew? He would be smart to downsize and the costs would be much less for him - and they don’t need that much space. I am sure that Sarah is bankrolling this now and she should contribute as she lives there.

It’s a safe bet that the Queen,knowing Andrew will never work for the family again will have made sure he’s ok. True ,the house might need repairs but that’s up to him ,he can’t pass it on, it is to big for two people, even Andrew stubborn has he is wont be able to keep up if he leaves there’s no one lined up for it,Frogmore Cottage is just stood empty too, and Hazbeens empty Nottingham cottage at Kensington. Have they filled the 23 roomed newly renovated apartment in Kensington Palace that was given to the Harkles but after the screaming incidents ,and being caught filming the royal children’s bedrooms, they were quickly shuffled to Frogmore instead. He’s not going to be homeless so no need to rub your hands together with glee at the thought of it.

She points out that Andrew has done a creditable job of maintaining Royal Lodge and has the personal finances to continue to do so. This is an issue driven by media hype and not by the palace; it is likely that the King never intended to try and force his brother from Royal Lodge, which is historically the residence of the second-son Dukes of York, and it is probable the entire story will fade away when the media realize there is no movement in it.

Nothing personal in that but Jack has to earn money to pay the bills . I don't feel there would be much to spare.
