Well said good sir/ma'am! He should of been dealt with this way a long time ago. I am a committed monarchist however Andrew is a drain upon on the royals and damages their reputation at every turn. He has long been an embarrassment but all this scandal around him and his association with Epstein is beyond embarrassing it's awful and unforgivable behaviour that he is now associated with because of his friendship with Epstein and his disastrous interview. I love our dear late queen but she was far too soft with him.

I have recently downsized from an old, 30 room, listed, historic home, and could not be happier about the transition. With one million pounds, Andrew should’ve been able to keep the Lodge in tip top shape. At this point, he’s running it into the ground, and shouldn’t be entitled to dig in his heels there.

I am fully qualified in 2 different trades... I'm a qualified plasterer and a qualified painter and decorator... I have also got a HND in business management and I used to own my own business employing 6 full time staff.... I'm no idiot... If I were well enough I have the skills and brains to earn easily 1k a week minimum... I was earning 12k per month at one point... I'm no idiot, I'm no scrounger and if you think that I'm enjoying receiving 1k a month in benefits which I have to pay 600 rent and 300 bills from after once clearing 3k a week then you're crazy... Don't assume that everyone in receipt of benefits are useless scroungers looking for handouts because from where I was at... the benefits I receive are barely enough to keep me alive...

I've worked my whole life and being on benefits and stuck at home is making me depressed and isolated... I'd love to be back on site having a laugh with the lads every day... Great Britain would be nothing without them. The end of the Monarchy means: - No changing of the guard - No Monarchical Ceremonies ie Coronations or Funerals. - No Trooping of the Colour - No Investitures or awards as recognition of outstanding services. - No band playing throughout London. - and bst of all the Royals are apolitical. And lastly who wants Keir Starmer as head of State. Or other toe-rag politicians who have affairs with their staff, plus grow rich by feathering their own nests. Just a few points favouring the Monarchy from an Ex Brit.

Let’s face it! The “spares” (Margaret, Andrew, Harry) get to live the life of Riley. They do not have the weighty responsibility of becoming the monarch. They can go off and yuck it up and have a great self-indulgent time. Elizabeth, Charles and William have all had to step up to the mark in order to accept the responsibilities and forge ahead. Neither Andrew nor Harry are particularly bright and hence they are reaping what wild oats they have sown. Both of them completely deserve what they are getting.

Correction: the institution of the monarchy is separate from the Royal Family. The Windsors are present representatives of the institution. Royal Families of the past have included the Tudors, the Stuart’s and Hanoverians. The actual name of the last mentioned escapes me for the moment.
