The IRS (apparently) get you to open court as petitioner (accuser) in THEIR procedures. This means you have to prove you dont owe the tax and they can stay mute (as they cannot speak as man or woman) its a clever use of the peoples ignorance of the law. Its like I owe you $100 but i take you to court to prove you dont owe me anything. It changes claimant to defendant. It can really twist your noodle!

Any thoughts on Tommy Robinson's situation? I understand he was found in contempt because he violated the conditions of his suspended sentence. So no trial was necessary.

Many thoughts, legal contempt vs lawful contempt. Was he actually in court? Who motioned/ordered for the contempt? Who created the court he was in contempt of? Was the king present in court in order for it to have the power to fine or imprison for contempt? Who was acting as justice and where they authorised to make such an order? What binds so called "Tommy Robinson" to statutes relating to legal contempt? Contempt "in" court is different to contempt "out" of court, it seems this is only punishable with a fine and not imprisonment. "TR" would also have to be taken to a court to hear the contempt accusation and answer for it, just like any other accusation. Best thing "TR" can do is claim to be an outsider to the legal society's rule and that he acted like a idios outside of court. Ask for a bill for any damages caused and go about his day.
