With Safeway pickups the items actually are the number of totes.

@@tiptrips yeah and if it doesn’t show an item count the it’s an express order or whatever they call it. Also depending on the store and the workers it might be more or less totes. Like someone might put that it’s 2 totes when it’s 2 cases of water, 1 for each tote.
