There's no such thing as Toba Hulk, it's just Toba. Toba took over the body but there's no trace of Hulk or Bruce Banner it's just Toba using it as a host, it's just like Phoenix force with Jean. Toba could take anyone's body as a host if he wanted that doesn't make that character Toba, so if Toba took over Deadpools body for example that doesn't make Deadpool Toba, it's just Toba. Same with The Spectre and Dr. Fate they do the same with their hosts.

How can you rank The Breaker of Worlds below Thor and vision when you literally stated it is the avatar of the The One Below All? That on its own is enough to make it above any character in Marvel comics aside from The One Below All/The One Above All themself. Also in the immortal Hulk comics it literally stated and shown that he destroyed the 8th and the 9th cosmos and stopped the multiversal cycle!!! Breaker of Worlds Hulk scales far above Thor or House of Ideas Vision. We literally see Metatron (Voice of God) getting eaten and screaming about how "this wasn't supposed to happen", implying that BEFORE that powerup, Hulk was already able to literally rewrite the narrative outside of the will of the writers themselves. Hulk then gets even more powerful after eating Metatron. At this point nobody in the Breaker Apart timeline could even stop Hulk, it looks like not even TOAA was able to do anything.
