I think that Kratos struggles with certain things while accomplishing far greater strength feats other times is because his godly strength has to be summoned. It explains why he can use or understand certain magic concepts. I thought about that when he told Atreus to focus on healing his wounds after being injured. It's how he activates other magic items like the blades or the ax. The magic source within him (his godhood).

The problem with the Juggernaut, and with a lot of Marvel and DC Characters, is that they vary wildly in actual power, depending on the story arc. As you point out, there have been times when Juggernaut conclusively beat the Hulk, just by being immune to his attacks, and other times when he was conclusively beaten by him, and wasn't immune to his attacks. There's not a lot of consistency about character strengths in the "Big Two." You kind of have to pick a version of the character to go with, and no matter what version you pick, someone else will pick a stronger or weaker version, and disagree with the outcome based on that.

Kratos is still early in development hes yet to become his full potential his arch is just starting to climb which something tells me as that goes he will unlock power he never thought he had the ability to conjure up. The problem with a “who would win” scenario against any Marvel/DC character is their wildly inconsistent power scaling from iteration to iteration. For example, saying that Jug easily survived a fight against Thor becomes much less impressive when you realize that the Thor he fought and the Thor that “pulled around 6 universes” are most likely worlds apart in power since they’re different iterations (correct me if I’m wrong obviously). It’s similar to how there are crazy power discrepancies between modern and silver age Superman who could freakin sneeze galaxies away 😂

Not really, no. In God of war ragnarok, and God of war 2018, Kratos was considerably older than Gow 3 Kratos. In gow 2018 and gow ragnarok, Kratos is also not fueled by rage as he was in gow 3.

kratos doesn't even come close to juggernaunts power level. Considering Juggernaut literally can't die, doesn't run out of stamina and can infinately regenerate from any level of damage done to him it would have to be someone out of touch with Juggernaunt's real power level to think kratos can beat him. The strongest form of hulk runs away from average juggernaut. kratos gets repeatedly bodied by asgards. also let's not forget that in cannon Juggernaut has been the most powerful sorcerer in the marvel universe.

Why are we comparing gods as if they have 1-to-1 power between Marvel and DC? In most cases, especially with the Norse and Greek pantheons, Marvel’s depictions are way stronger than the original myths. And Kratos’ gods are far closer to their original depictions; Zeus in Marvel absolutely smokes Kratos’ Zeus. Same with Thor; Kratos has no opponent that compares to Marvel deities. Kratos is stronger than the games make it seem, but the glaze is pretty wild
