In my opinion sandy is smarter bc plankton isn't smart enough to make a grow device or something to make him giant

if sandy in case was smarter than plankton.... why in battle for bikini bottom.... it's spongebob who stopped plankton invention?...not sandy...if she is smart enough...? just my opinion....
