Fundinental, shumbumental, LIV isn't fighting, the USpgat created the whole division they are still only interested in what money is in it for them! The mighty US threatened that someone can offer more money and want's to share the golfers with them. Alright when the USpgat attracts Rory, Rahm back to Faldo,,,,, from other tours but share them Hell no.

I went to the LIV tournament in Houston. It was a lot of fun! Im not really sold on the team thing, but it was still a fun event. Makes PGA Tour even seem old and boring. Not sure why LIV wants anything to do with PGA Tour.

The Saudi Investment Fund currently only holds $900,000,000,000 in cash reserves. They DESPERATELY need to increase that number from a ROI using fiddle sticks

As I see it. Liv does not need the PGA, it just needs a method for its players to get into the majors, be that with OWGR or an invitation process. If that happens everyone will go as they all did with Palmer and co in the 60s. They are professionals, its their livelyhoods and Liv is more player / family friendly. The PGA however needs the LIV stars as their fields are bleeding sponsors. Americans always think the world evolves around them but golf is a world sport and US tv ratings are not the be all and end all for LIV. But the PGA tour does need US tv ratings to keep sponsors as they are mainly US based. LIV has unlimited capital behind it, PGA does not...as such LIV is in the driving seat for any negotiations. Re the game of golf, the LIV / PGA problem is irrellevant to that, its growing well in many areas, due mainly to covid still and profesdional golf is a miniscule part of the picture in reality.

PGA has a lot more stars and quality. LIV is retirement home for quick cash without quality play

Could you please talk about the LIV players contracts that end this year and what could happen. They are banned from the PGA right? And wouldn't LIV try to sign a new contract with them? (Like Brooks) I don't believe they want to go back to the PGA anyways! I wouldn't! That's my opinion.

The "wrong," is exactly what the other guy answered with. Liv's actions dividing the sport is not what's best for the future of the game. This bump in money is entirely artificial, because it's from investors, not actually from making more profit. So this short term gain is not sustainable, and hurts player's legacy and achievements in the long term by watering down competition.

What your missing (to me anyway) is that the PGA is trying to get it's hands on the LIV bank account , plan and simple and clear as day. How often have the players that moved to LIV suggested 😀corruption within the PGA ? Your wrong if you truly believe that Golf fans want to essentially see a Major every weekend and equally not of this planet if you think businesses would invest in such a concept, Wouldn't take people long to become bored with that and what then about the majors ? I can assure you that the fans don't care about the size of the Purse , It's bad enough that the majors now all happen over the space of 3 months. PS For the PGA to allow HODDIES as acceptable attire within professional Golf shows us exactly there level of Respect for the Game , Disgraceful

The whole golf world is a disaster, mostly for LIV. If the PGAT fails who will PIF buy players from? Fans liked A Kim until they saw how bad he is. LIV is the lessening of competition in professional golf.
