Excellent journalism! Also related to this is direct US government involvement in journalism. In a video by the Young Turks called "U.S. Journalists THREATENED By Attorneys General For Covering Hamas", they cover how the government essentially made it almost impossible to talk to the Palestinians directly and get their side of the story for fear they might be associated with Hamas.

Overpopulation problem and Cost of Living Problem in the State of Israel 1. Their fertility rate is 2.9 births per woman and the overall population is very dense at 1,098 people per square mile and thus their cost of living is very very high. 2. And then they have this Birthright Israel program which offers free travel to the State of Israel to encourage as much Jewish immigration to the State of Israel as possible. 3. Combine that with their war and their overall security situation and many young Israelis are moving to Portugal. However the problem is they lack sufficient funds and money to make moves to foreign lands so they are stuck in debt in the State of Israel. And all they want are career opportunities and to start a family, but they are stuck in the State of Israel with a major cost of living problem and a financial debt problem and a lack of economic opportunities to fix these issues too. Meanwhile Benjamin Netanyahu is so focused on war that he misses all the economic mismanagement his party has done over the years and its good to expose that economic mismanagement on the world stage to embarrass Netanyahu so much that the young people revolt against him, refuse to fight in his war until he fixed economic conditions. Then Netanyahu will have no choice but to resign or fix the economic issues but it will be too late for he will be politically smeared by his enemies and thus the opposition party can come into party to fix all the economic and political turmoil that his foolish administration has caused and end the so called “Birthright Israel program” which is super expensive and use such funds to help people with their cost of living needs, etc. And Benjamin Netanyahu is really going to drop like a stone after this especially with widespread exposure to all the economic and political mismanagement his own party has done over the past 8 or 10 years. And they will do a recall election, Benjamin Netanyahu and some of his advisors will go to jail, and people will move out of Israel to other locations and this genocide against Palestine will end. Thus paving the way or a path towards the Two State Solution with Israel and Palestine coexising in peace. And it must be allowed for people to migrate away from those places to calm down tensions and create more lasting peace too. Amen.

I’ll admit my knowledge of history of the region is limited, but my understanding is that it was destroyed during Roman times and that it wasn’t rebuilt by the time Islam came to the region. Jewish people per their own religion were forbidden to return to the region in major numbers until god rebuilt the Temple Mount. As for denying Jewish people access to Palestine, I’m aware that there were Jewish people there during the Ottoman period at least, and a rabbi talked about how Jewish people were welcomed when they were pushed out of Europe. The same rabbi talked about how the head rabbi of the region spoke firmly against the establishment of Israel before it was declared. To my knowledge, there has always been a Jewish presence in the region, and rightly so. The idea that Palestinians don’t allow Jewish access to anywhere when they don’t even have control of their own borders seems farcical.

You can choose war over peace and still expect to get everything you want.** Some humanitarian groups seem to be backing global terrorism because they're too keen on showing the world how tolerant they are. They've got this long list of people to blame, all because they want to look good. Take the situation with the Palestinians and UNRWA after the 1948 War of Independence. The real issue started when the choice was made to go to war instead of living in peace with Israel. Fast forward to today, three generations later, and UNRWA says there are 5.9 million Palestinian refugees eligible for their services. (Remember that these humanitarian groups measure themselves by the size of aid provided.) UNRWA has a unique definition for Palestinian refugees that includes not only the original refugees from the 1948 and 1967 conflicts but also their descendants. This definition is broader than the one that the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) typically uses, which does not include descendants in refugee status. Effectively, the agency increased its responsibilities by a factor of 8 with its new definition. The fact that Palestinians are still considered refugees is due to their bad reputation. Everyone in the Middle East knows how they have earned this reputation by starting conflict in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait and Tunisia. Many of these countries still have not recovered. No one wants Palestinians to integrate into their societies. But this also reflects a failure by UNRWA to get the people self-sufficient and prioritize civic responsibilities over the priority of conflict and the destruction of Israel. Over 74 years, UNRWA's become huge, with 13,000 people working there, still handling all basic services for Palestinians. UNRWA keeps focusing on Palestinian victimhood and doing jobs that a government should be doing. This overlooks the big picture: the refusal to accept Israel and the decision to wage war. Choices were made and priorities were set-not to work towards coexistence or economic partnership but to risk everything for war. Decisions have consequences. But if you ask UNRWA, there shouldn't be a fallout from these decisions. Seventy-five years on, and we still have Palestinians in camps, hoping to reverse their defeat. UNRWA's stance that Palestinians are merely victims without pushing for real societal and behavioral change has led to a cycle of dependency. They turn a blind eye to military efforts and validate historical grievances, ignoring the lack of accountability. While Hamas builds tunnels and missiles and the PA rewards violence, UNRWA remains silent. UNRWA's message to the Palestinians? You can choose war over peace and still expect to get everything you want. That's a dangerous mindset.

Are you suggesting that "PEACE" in Gaza actually existed before October 7? This version of "PEACE" involved restriction of movement of anything into and out of Gaza as well as "mowing the grass" bombing campaigns whenever the IDF decided. This is not "PEACE". This is subjugation and fascism.
