Who's the Boss? is an American sitcom television series created by Martin Cohan and Blake Hunter, which aired on ABC from September 20, 1984, to April 25, 1992. Produced by Hunter-Cohan Productions in association with Embassy Television (later Embassy Communications and ELP Communications) and Columbia Pictures Television, the series starred Tony Danza as Tony Micelli, a former major league baseball player who relocates to Fairfield, Connecticut, to work as a live-in housekeeper for a divorced advertising executive, played by Judith Light. Also featured were Alyssa Milano, Danny Pintauro and Katherine Helmond.
The show became one of the most popular sitcoms of the mid-to-late 1980s. The series was nominated for more than 40 awards, including ten Primetime Emmy Award and five Golden Globe Award nominations, winning one of each. Also very successful in the ratings, Who's the Boss? consistently ranked in the top 10 in the final primetime ratings between 1985 and 1989, and has since continued in syndication worldwide.

She used to piss me off on every decision she took, playing hard to get yet jealous of wherever Tony went! I used to say “just do it and get over it!” To me the best lady was Mona(Helmond). She did and said whatever had to be done and said. Life was too precious and short to waste. I was completely in love with this lady who far older than my own mom, yes probably like my junior grand aunt!

There was a spinoff called "Living Dolls" and it starred Michael Learned, Leah Remini and a then unknown Halle Berry that only lasted half a season. Michael played Trish who ran a modeling agency and was also a friend of Angela Bower. Leah Remini played Charli who was Samantha's friend from the old neighborhood.

I really love Who's the Boss. During my teenager we used to watch this episodes drama and i remember at that time we waited every moment of this drama episodes and love so much. Really sad to hear Katherine had gone forever and pray for her peace at there. I love to watch all of them especially sweet Sam, Tony, Angela, Mona the funny and loving grandmother and last but not least a cute jonathan to be remember all the time.
