@@omoniyi2350 Well Franklin didn’t know about those hits until he found out who it was which is also why he’s not telling him. Also, Franklin is still figuring things out himself. Plus he’s been keeping tabs on Franklin & he thinks he doesn’t know, but he does because he’s an overthinker. In a way, Teddy has exposed himself to Franklin by the way he moves and how he acts and Franklin knew that for years since dealing with him.

It was Kane. None of them knew he was out so most likely they had everybody scoped out beforehand. Until now the drop location never changed so it was more than possible to do some long term reconnaissance on everybody. Also, I think Peaches planned on taking the money no matter what, it just so happened to be at the same time Kane made his move.
