You are correct about one thing, it is unfair to rank Hagrid so low, but you need to understand why; and had you read the book, or even paid attention to the part in the movie: Chamber of Secrets, you would know that Hagrid was framed by Tom Riddle for being accused of opening the chamber, and Hagrid was expelled from Hogwarts as a result, and not allowed to use magic; the reason for his wand being disguised as an umbrella. So Hagrid has to keep his magical skills/usage under the radar. Ginny Weasley actually advanced faster than Harry, and far surpassed Ron, so she belongs much higher on the list. Placing Harry Potter, the one who defeated Voldemort, so low on this list is so ridicules it makes me wonder if you know the story.

It all comes down to what you consider powerful? For me, talent doesn’t necessarily equate to power in this situation. Hermione maybe more talented than Harry Potter, but in a life or death situation, who are you taking Hermione or Harry Potter? So to me this list, kind of mixes up, who are the most powerful and dangerous characters with who are some of the more talented characters and these are different list. To me, the most powerful and dangerous should be the ones who are battled tested. It should be which wizards under life or death situation. Would you want on your team first? In this scenario, being booksmart or being able to concoct potions with all the time in the world is pretty much irrelevant.

@@ichbinderhund2109 How do you figure that? Harry defeated Voldemort repeatedly, at the end of books 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7. Voldemort kept getting killed, but his horcruxes were bailing him out. However, the real flaw is that Harry not only outlasted Voldemort, but he became a powerful auror after Voldemort's death. The books just don't describe that very well. Also, a lot of Voldemort's successes came from others. Pettigrew brought him back. Lucius led the charge to get the prophecy. Draco let the Death Eaters into Hogwarts. Snape killed Dumbledore. Not a great record for a wizard who was supposed to be supreme.

@@billebrooks all Right so you’re telling me Harry is more powerful than Voldemort?💀 the only reason why harry was able to defeat Voldemort was because the elder wand actually obeyed harry and not Voldemort. Voldemort knew more spells, was a far better duelist and mastered all forms of magic. Have you seen how easily Snape defeated Harry in the half blood prince? Harry managed to defeat Voldemort in episode 1 and 2 because Voldemort had no physical form. In episode 4 Voldemort beat the crab out of harry and harry only managed to escape because their wands were twins. In episode 7 Voldemort also beat the crab out of harry while chasing him trough Hogwarts. Again he only lost because harry was the master of the elder wand. Voldemort in his school time was the best student in every school subject. Harry on the other hand only showed particular skill in defence against the dark arts.

In that book 7 duel, both Voldemort and Harry were using "borrowed" wands instead of their own phoenix wands. Ok, your last point is interesting. Voldemort, like Dumbledore and Hermione, did well in school and learned lots of unknown spells. The problem is, about all we see him use is Avada Kadavra, which he tends to rely on rather exclusively. So perhaps that's Voldemort's problem, that he just does not use his vast knowledge very effectively, because of his obsession with using the spell he thinks of as the best.
