Ingredient
Napa cabbage
Flour for pan-frying
Water
Cooking oil
*Seasoning sauce
Korean green chilli pepper
green onion
heavy soy sauce
vinegar
How to make it
*Napa cabbage pancake
1 After washing it, cut the cabbage 1cm from the bottom core to separate leaves
2 Take the side of a knife or a hard object to flatten the stem
3 Sprinkle flour for pan-frying in a wet bowl
*Flour for pan-frying needs to be sprinkled evenly so batter doesn't come off
4 In a deep bowl, make watery batter by mixing water and flour for pan-frying in 1:1 ratio
*It's delicious when batter is smeared lightly so making batter watery is important
*Use 4 spoons of flour for pan-frying for one cabbage slice
5 Pre-heat a frying pan on strong heat
6 Put plenty of cooking oil
7 After smearing cabbage slices with watery batter evenly, lift them so batter can drip down lightly to prepare
8 After placing cabbage slices on a frying pan, finish by grilling them on front and back

1. Slice green onion and Korean green cilli pepper in 0.3cm thickness and put them
2. Mix soy sauce and vinegar in 1:2 ratio to finish seasoning sauce
