Gundogan is one of the most underrated player in the City squad. Brilliant Passer and controller of the game, got an eye for goal, great set piece delivery and can even fill in at Defensive Midfield.

who gassed these City players, he's awful and can't pick a pass out for nothing, average player "brilliant passer" - how? sideways? what lines does this guy break? he plays lower in the pitch and doesn't have a range for passing, this thus means he has a limited scope for passing and keeps players a few metres away to ensure he's supported for his lens of the game, quite simple maths "controller" - loads of players control games, Gundogan does it in a 3 man MID that presses teams into corners, leaving open play more time than not, someone like Andre Gomes in a double pivot does a much better job than Gundogan despite playing with one less, in a lesser structured system, and even he's not a "controller" of the game, as you use so freely "got an eye for goal" making late runs in the box with no pace, no movement, no striker instinct, lot of it is extreme luck with those overlaps achieved through trial and error, and his shooting range is shocking, especially under pressure, this is a sheer lie on every level "set piece delivery" Henderson can swing corners in too mate, nothing special, Gundogan's set piece taking is ordinary his DM positioning is his best, it suits his profile of less speed and ability to navigate out of presses more, he depends on many passing angles ans protection from a CB, leaves Pep vulnerable and defensively Gundo doesn't read the game particularly well, or at least his body doesn't cope well
