Good luck in rehab, didn't know you was in one ive done13 and im not proud of that i finished my last about 2yr ago a c.b.t regab was first one i completed. The hard part is staying clean, and theres more than just 12 step meetings in recovery,there's s.ma.r.t groups which is basically c.b.t,12 steps works for some but not everyone, its about what works for you, i I used to do a group called recovery dharma which is a Buddhist approach to recovery, just thought i would share my experiences.
