Model Builder here. Regarding Area 51 / Groom Lake, this is also where 'acquired' Soviet aircraft were put through their paces and studied. I even heard about a modeler's club - a chapter of the International Plastic Modeler's Society (IPMS) - at Groom Lake where they could only work on their models on-site during breaks, and not take them home. In addition, they could only display their finished projects in a room given over for that purpose, where they also held their monthly meetings, swap meets and contests. Any models displayed "off site" had deliberate inaccuracies included. Though not from Groom Lake, I remember meeting someone from Beale AFB at a local contest in the mid-1970's who displayed a 1/72 scale Revell model of the still highly classified SR-71, where he opened the canopies, and scratch built a complete cockpit - but showing a control wheel instead of a control stick! No. I get that the whole lizard people thing may be myth but that’s now what most people are upset about. It the undeniable bias against the subject that has people questioning this video. This is in fact a legend that in some cultures is 100’s if not 1,000’s of years old. It ties into their creation myths. So to borderline call those cultures stupid or crazy is the problem.
