Apparently the 4th season is gonna be the last season. Idk how they're gonna fit the rest of the story into one season but it's not completely impossible. They might pull an AOT and split it into parts or maybe they'll just make the episodes longer

We don't know about his biological dad, because the person that was his biological dad got turned into his adoptive father so that no one could make incest claims between him and the village girls. You clearly see from Byakuya's design that the author intended for him to be the biological father, but it was his editor that made the choice to turn him into the adoptive father. This is all in ignorance of the fact the entire village is massively inbred.
