He was a dictator who suffered the Guyanese people. To the the point anyone who had the means and way left guyana and ran to other countries example like what is happening in Venezuela . And the ones who could not leave felt the full punishment of his rule he ban so many food items that was coming into guyana. And if anyone got caught with those items were beaten and put in jail while his fridge was full with all the same items he ban . You make ask how I know we'll my mom was his cook working in his kitchen .
