@@celticphoenix2579 It 100% is. I chose to lose it super slowly over years because I'm lazy and I know me and I'd have quit any other way, but even my slow lazy way is so much effort. Caring about yourself more is a lot of work lol

@@meep5080 way to go with sticking to the plan. As they say, slow and steady wins the race. I took about a year to lose 40kg once they sorted out the underlying medical problems. Doing it slowly makes it a lifestyle change rather than a diet so the weight is more likely to stay off.

@@celticphoenix2579 It's definitely been easier to keep it off. I used to diet and go up and down, now when I take a break from exercise I don't gain, I just stay the same. It's nuts what changing a few things in your life will do.

I love how the title of the thumbnail says bad days are ok. Over the weekend I had two bad days. My dog passed away Saturday night and Sunday was the worse being in a much quieter house without him. Watching your vlogs always put a smile on my face through. You guys radiate positivity and that’s why I always have to get my daily dose of your vlogs. When I was living in Mississippi my grandma from Ohio always told my sister and I ain’t is not a word. It’s not in the dictionary so it shouldn’t come out of your mouth. She had a masters in English. I grew up the opposite way. My AP US History teacher used to always correct me about my language because for me and my family swearing was/is just like a normal word and it got to the point where I would say it without even giving it a second thought and it took a very long time for me to start become aware of my swearing.

I absolutely love that you don't show all of the bad moments, you show just enough to show y'all are real but you don't embarrass her dignity. I have a 16 year old daughter who is also on the Spectrum, and I do the same for her. I would be devastated if I found video of me acting as crazy as I was in high school all the drama and everything. Hormones are rough especially when you are non-verbal!

Cilla made me tear up when she responded to you asking why she was wearing your (Asa) shirt and she was so proud saying "because I can!" I think the most important thing I've seen in her weight loss/health journey is how much more confident she is becoming and it just warms my heart to see her so proud that she can wear your shirts. Because honestly that is so nice to have that ability to share clothes with someone no matter if they are your husband/boyfriend or like a sibling. Also it's nice to see you guys just having fun and talking about random but logical topics, like swearing and why you do or don't do it on video!

Cilla n Asa, my sweetheart died on Jan 28, 2008, after 23 years of marriage and almost 30 years of friendship. He was only 58 1/2!! I still have 2 of his T-shirts that I wear as sleep shirts during the summer and as an added layer under PJs in the winter. It helps to keep him close in my heart. Asa, you are loved when your sweetheart wears your t-shirts! Cilla, you ROCK!! You look AMAZING!!! Beautiful!! Hugs n love all around!!

One day our dog took on the cat challenge...it resulted in two days later her needing emergency surgery on her eye due to the cat puncturing her eye. It went to the back of her eye...it took a second and quick swipe and it cost us 1500.00 . She still has issues from it two years later. We are thankful for the eye specialist we saw for her
