Late reply, but I think Cuphead can be a great fighter. His moveset in his game can easily be used in smash. Also, his creators said they would LOVE for Cuphead to be in smash. (I know he’s a Mii fighter- but he’d be great.)

That's why I stopped trying to guess too seriously who would come and who would leave. For how much rationally I try to reason I'll unavoidably end up victim of my own bias. I'll give you a simple sample: I think Mewscarada will be the next new pokemon in the SSB roster. She0s a starter, she looks like she was created with that intention since the beginning: She's very anthropomorphic, which makes her very easy to understand as a fighter, she's a grass type, which avoid having too many fire pokemons in the roster (assumed Incineroar and Pokemon Trainer won't leave), and she's a girl, which helps increasing the number of female characters in the totally umbalanced gender ration of the roster. But... I also happen to be a furry, so I can't swear my view is totally objective on the matter.

Great newcomer list. These are all characters that feel plausible and great for Smash, with a good variety between franchises, movesets, and archetypes. I ended up getting 6 right (Dixie Kong, Impa, Skull Kid, Bandana Waddle Dee, Alear, and Octoling), 2 half right (I guessed Captain Toad instead of just Toad and Noah and Mio as swap clones like Pyra and Mythra instead of just Mio), and the other 7 wrong. It was pretty easy to guess some of them with the placement of the newcomer spots, like of course the character in between Diddy Kong and King K Rool is Dixie, and the character after the FE reps and before the Xenoblade reps is Alear, though of course I got the new franchise characters wrong lol. And it probably should've been obvious to me that the Rescue Corps was replacing Olimar since he did feel like a strange omission. I'm personally predicting that the next Smash will keep Olimar and Alph as an alt, while adding in the Rescue Corps Officer and Louie as new alts to balance them out

here are my options on the video, feel free to read or skip 😉 Toad. yes Dixie. Should be an echo fighter as it would basically guarantee her inclusion and she does play very similar to Diddy. Just some animation characters to make her hair attacks be like Diddy's tail and I feel instead of the hair slam being a multi hit downsmash instead. Impa. Yes Skullkid. Yes, though he doesn't have much of a chance imo Skilix. Yes Bandana Dee. Absolutely Ganivar and Meowskarawra. Sorry but I feel Nintendo wouldn't put old Pokemon in Smash anymore outside of items. It will most definitely be the new rep route. Alier. Yes, they actually deserve a spot unlike the other FE characters. Miogo. Sure, could be cool. Octoling. Again, the echo fighter route fits better and makes more sense. Just have 1 or 2 different moves. Chorus Kids. Why, Knuckle Joe is a way more obvious choise and the rest of the characters can easily used as special moves. P4 character. Keep pikmin mechanic but have the special moves not involve the Pikmin canalso work, but I like your ideas as well. Loydd. More likely to be an assist trophy imo, but it would be cool to play as him. Crash. Absolutely, the only reason why he wasn't there before is the aligations of Activision and maybe Sony's stingieness. We need more echos and the most obvious one would be Shadow (if he isn't his own character), if not then Ms Pacman for being the first big female face of gaming.

2 newcomers I would be interested in: Eevee (and the evolutions could be alt costumes). Eevee is the second mascot of Pokemon and could function similar to how Ivysaur was. Charge move would be shadow ball/water pulse/electro ball/energy ball/ice ball/fairy wind. Side B could be an elemental attack Swift/bubble/charge beam/flamethrower/psybeam/dark pulse/razor leaf/icy wind/dazzling gleam, b down would be dig that can dodge attacks (except for earth attacks) and also attack others. A would be headbutt A side would be take down A up could be Iron Tail, and A down could be slam. Final Smash would be rainbow Last Resort where all the other Eevees would come and attack with your Eevee. Mimikyu to replace Mewtwo as the Pokemon villain considering Mimikyu is enemies with Pikachu. Mimikyu would have the unique ability to take only 1/8 of the damage on its first hit. Play Rough, Shadow Claw, shadow ball could all be used. Its final smash would be the Z move Let’s Snuggle Forever which if it successfully grabs an opponent and traps it, KOs even at 0% similar to the Chimera. This is to go with all the times Meowth lost his lives when seeing what was underneath (he has 9 lives). Alt costumes (they have the same rigging as the original, just different voice acting). * There will also be a 1/8192 chance of playing with this unique version. Lessee... I didn't predict Skull Kid, I don't think he's nearly as likely as people on the internet keep saying he is. I didn't predict Gardevoir, I fully support that decision though. (Although they doesn't represent a new Type, Mewtwo is Psychic, Jigglypuff is Fairy) I didn't predict anything after Mio, but only two of the things I predicted were wrong, so I'm happy with that. Although Sylux was my second choice, and Mio I said alongside Noah. I should have predicted Octoling though.

For a comment that actually suggests some fighters, I'd really want to see a big Indie game rep like Shovel Knight or Shantae, and I think Spyro would be a great choice as well since you've already got Crash on this roster.

Got 9/15 right lol. Can't wait to see what else you have planned for this series! These are the only characters left that I personally want to see in the game as full-fledged fighters: • Waluigi (Long overdue, could represent the many Mario spinoffs.) • Dr. Eggman (I know people would be pissed if we don't get Shadow, but functionally speaking Dr. Eggman would be far more interesting.) • Phoenix Wright (Just wanna see how the Smash team would handle a visual novel character.) • Shantae, Cuphead, Shovel Knight, Hollow Knight (All 2D platformers with great games, characters would each have self-explanatory movesets, all have large fanbases. I'd personally like to see all 4 of these in Smash, but it's unlikely.) • Persona 6 Protagonist (I doubt the game will come out before you release your Fighters Passes, so basically impossible to make a moveset until then.) • Freddy Fazbear (We'd probably never see him as a fighter, but If you're planning an episode around Mii costumes, Freddy should definitely be one of them. If we're being realistic, his design from FNaF1 probably wouldn't be picked, but rather his Glamrock design from Security Breach. Way more kid friendly, and he's your buddy throughout the game. More marketable too.)

I believe some new stages that would be neat and could potentially happen are Great Sky Island from Tears of the Kingdom and Everblight Plain from Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (I'm not good at choosing stages for a new Smash lol so I'm only mentioning two). I'll explain Everblight Plain since you mentioned not playing XC3. It's where the first battle in the game takes place between Colony 9 and Colony Sigma. The stage will have this big battle between the two colonies with various soldiers and attacks from the flame clocks attacking the fighting area. As for some DLC characters, I could see veterans like Mewtwo, Ike, Cloud, Terry, and Kazuya returning, while new fighters could be 2B, the Persona 6 protagonist, Monster Hunter, the Howard Twins, and Ring Fit Trainee. These could all be interchangeable, and I don't think these are the most likely characters for a Smash 6 reboot DLC

I remember I saw an idea from some other videos about the next potential roster that suggested the idea of adding back a few old roster characters as gradual free DLC, and I think its a neat idea. It lets the starting roster focus on it's new characters and not have to make so many up front, while also making it so that the paid DLC isn't bogged down with too many returnees from Ultimate and yet still getting in a few popular ones that just missed the cut, like Rosalina, Mewtwo, Wolf, or Ike.

I have a series on my channel Super Smash Plush Remastered. Here are some of my characters that would work well as DLC Waluigi Grovyle Zoroark Knuckles Chica FNAF Drift Fortnite and my last character isnt in my series, but you should bring back Joker and add Goro Akechi!

You should definitely have Mewtwo, Wolf, Simon, and Banjo & Kazooie return (don't know if you have room for that on your roster or not, but they seem like the biggest omissions to me). Simon & Banjo could probably come with their respective stages in Ultimate, but I can see Mewtwo coming with either Cerulean Cave or Indigo League while Wolf comes with some new Star Fox stage (which one I'm not to sure, but I imagine you'll have Lylat Cruise in base game, so idk). As for newcomers, Dr. Eggman would be a popular pick coming with the Death Egg as a stage. Don't really know who else should be here that would have DLC relevance for you to talk about, but Eggman would be a great choice imo!

I loved this list of characters. Only things I would have done would be to just update Olimar so we don’t need a new character. I would have cut one of the new Pokémon to get an extra slot. And instead of Octoling, I would have gone for DJ Octavio. Love the content! Keep it up!

Not sure what to make of the roster honestly. But I will say that cutting Banjo and keeping Steve might have some backlash if it was to happen in the next game. Simply put, Banjo and Rareware have more connection to Nintendo than Minecraft. Sure Minecraft is the best selling game of all time, but................. Rare's ties with Nintendo are more or less what keeps Banjo in and Steve out. Some of my most wanted characters are as follows: King Bob-Omb (Super Mario) Fulgore (Killer Instinct) Axel Stone (Streets of Rage) Kamek (Yoshi's Island) and Gilius Thunderhead (Golden Axe) In addition to being a fan of Rare games, I'm also a major fan of Sega games outside of Sonic. Hence why Axel and Gilius are on my list of most wanted Smash characters.

I think Eggman or Tails would be great, Frisk from Undertale would be awesome but really any indie rep, Paper Mario would be cool, Ice Climbers had a cool gimmick, Mewtwo was also a favorite of mine, Porky Minch would be a great villain, Rayman would be nice he has some moves brawlhalla that fit him, Orion from Brawlhalla would be a super unique moveset since waddle dee is the only spear user and the rocket lance is an orginal brawlhalla weapon, Kratos would be very cool, I also really like parappa the rapper, and we need something for tetris idk what it'd be a block or something (there have been very cool move sets based off the blocks) or the tetris characters made for puyo puyo tetris but we just need it.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo doesn't wholly own AoC Impa going by the spirit copyrights to her. Also, Ring Fit Adventure was too big of a success for it not to get a playable character in the Trainee. I'd personally swap Gardevoir for them.
