The passing and the tactics that devs has taught the players have evolved hashtag instead of smashing it up field and letting dan or Ryan run for it they are picking their passes and playing much better football

Fantastic performance from the boys! ;) It's good to see most of the boys getting leaner, fitter, faster...Everything technical and tactical in the field is improving ALSO because of that! Take a moment to think how much harder it was just a few weeks earlier to turn and chase a long pass from the opponent team, or to run that extra mile to keep the ball in play. But besides fitness, it's awesome to see Devs approach come to fruition more and more in the pitch. Absolute joy seeing everyone switching the ball from side-to-side looking for an opening, having some players antecipate their own teammates' movement with through balls, and seeing the confidence in players like Couch and Hursit to attempt to strike the ball from outside the box (the fact that it did not hit the target is something that will NO DOUBT improve as the season progresses and the muscles become accoustumed to practicing it on the training sessions...So just keep attempting it when the chance shows itself). I want to leave a special mention to Marcus Stamp, who to me was (alongside Loughborough Uni's #5) the best on the pitch today. He absolutely bossed his job both at CB and RB. Personally i think his acceleration power and good passing for a defender make him a natural RB, but it is also important that he plays wherever he feels confortable. In any case, i am extremely happy with the team's improvement. I can see exactly what i had wished to in the previous video. A solid group working as a unit. There's still obviously a lot to work on, but the simple fact that the whole team is working together to improve is the hardest part of that process. Like Devs said, the conceded goals are easy to fix poor mistakes that almost correct themselves with repetition and experience. So keep working hard and trying your best continuously. I am sure you'll make us fans proud guys

The thing I’ve noticed is Aaron Couch seems to be on the greedy side, 2 chances in the first half where he could have hit it back post to a team mate but he skied both shots, and he always seems to play the ball to players feet even if the other player has made a good run.. it’s as if he just wants the ball back every single time and doesn’t seem to let many others take a chance

Some thoughts on some players in both games Ricky Evans looks a quality addition as the pivot in that midfield. Matt Carter as a DLP type, to use an FM term, also looks quality, him and Evans should be the starting pair in a 4-2-3-1 if that's the system Devs is looking to go with. Dan Agyei is making good strides too, his movement is superb, hopefully he can have a big impact in your new division. Aaron Couch, tricky customer, good feet and got a run in him, seems to lack a bit of an end product from early viewings. Jack Durkin is poor, not an ounce of talent in the lad, which would be forgivable if he wasn't also incredibly lazy. My lineup for the first league game (availability permitting) AJW, Jemel, Stamp, Harrison, Williams Evans, Carter, Tekkers Guru Baker, DB, Morley bench: Jacko, Dahnovskyy, Vallentyne, R.Adams, Agyei
