It used to be the opposite but Milos gives so much and is so passionate about the sport that now no one can not like him. He even made up with Leo who seems to believe anyone who he disagrees with is his mortal enemies now that's he's on anything and everything (drug wise) and they found mutual respect lol.

100% I have been following since 1998. This is BY FAR the most access and the most "consumable" bodybuilding has EVER been. I can DM top pros and see there day to day progress, for free. Any information I need is at my finger tips and shows can be enjoyed from the comfort of one's home. Juxtapose that with running to the mail box every month for one of three BBing mags and either waiting 2 months to find out who won the O or having to call Golds Venice to ask them. People like to complain SO MUCH these days but man things are really really good.

Enjoying training and training to grow optimally are often two different things. Sure I'd love to train 4 hours a day twice a day 7 days a week but that's not productive for my body at least. I do much better with maybe 60-90 minutes 4-6 days a week and basically a bro split.

@antonhallergren588

@mrtimezone8658

@@antonhallergren588 competitive bodybuilding it's not a sport at all even though there's a facet of physicality. Competitive bodybuilding is simply an exhibition of muscle trained by exercise for presentation on stage to achieve minimal Fame, titles and sometimes money. Scores are never shown during contests as is common with real sports. Scores are only revealed after the fact and generally not open to public scrutiny of those who attend. It's very doubtful you will ever find an article in a sports publication or on television. Bodybuilding is unique in the aspect that participants thrive on constant attention, admiration and approval of their peers and the public. If sociologist paid any notice to competitive bodybuilding it would most likely be compared to beauty pageants. Oddly enough it is common for bodybuilders to grow angry if somebody claims it is not a sport. The question remains, why does it need to be?

@@antonhallergren588 there are quite a few other sports that can match the intensity that competitive bodybuilders must go through. Examples no certain order: CrossFit competition, Tour de France style bicycle racing, iron Man competitions and ultimate Marathon of 100 MI. Although underground mining is not a sport it may be equal to bodybuilding as to the risk of death. Far too many bodybuilders are dying every year. Is it really worth the risk? I bet just from memory you can think of 15 bodybuilders who have died young. They pursued Fame, many of them sought fame, but bodybuilding does not offer real fame. That is usually found in Hollywood or by doing something unique. Phil Heath, Rolley Winklaar and Lee Priest might be the ultimate in BBing, but they certainly are not famous. The next time you are at the supermarket ask anyone if they've heard of those three names. You or somebody might say that I don't have what it takes to be a professional bodybuilder and that would be true. It takes many years of dedication but it also takes many years of stuffing self with five or six meals a day and that is the last thing I want to do. I prefer to enjoy my food. My vocabulary no longer contains the words: leg day or chest day. I hope you live a long life.
