I am a 49 infp and would not want to marry an E-whatever anymore....especially the "i have to make my infp better by dragging her to social events"😂 type! I am an Infj and my grandma was an Intj (I made her take the test lol). We were very close, we would usually talk for hours. We had a lot in common but she was lead by her brain and I with my heart. This led to a lot of teasing of each other, learning from each other, and me often making her laugh and her calling me “silly”. It was rare that we didn’t get along but the few times it happened it was intense and difficult. She taught me a lot, was my rock, and I miss her so much now that she’s in heaven. ❤

I actually have a similar situation with my dad… he is an infj and I am an intj and we have this habit of talking over breakfast on days we sit together for (on days he doesn’t have to go into work and I don’t have to go to school that is) and we really have meaningful conversations about anything and everything with him speaking from the heart and me from the mind. It really puts into perspective where we lack and can learn from and also where we have a common understanding of the topic

ENTJ wanting to kiss, marry, and pie an INFP seems really accurate. I'm INFP, my last boyfriend was ENTJ (we think) and he would do all three of those things. I don't really know why, either. It was almost annoying how much he liked me sometimes. He never pied me in the face, but he was a bit cruel when playing board games. We fought over rent in Monopoly multiple times. :D We did break up, but I don't think it was a personality issue.

I'm either INFJ or INTJ not confirm but I definitely am one of them and I can 100%guarantee that I will not marry someone who is INFJ or INTJ because I know my mind and when someone tries to talk to me my first thought is "what's his purpose" and as an INXJ I can instantly recognize their purpose and I don't say anything to that person's face because then I'll be the bad guy for not responding hapily to someone's "kindness" rather I just give half assed responses and completely ignore that person. But it's not like I'm egoistic and don't want to change. Because that has been the case with me, and it feels like I would be satisfying my desires to achieve out-of-bound-with-reality things like I have done in the past, but I still guilt myself every single time about how I would be seen as the bad guy, and how it would contradict my value of desiring harmony and happiness among all without offending anyone. I lose all confidence to pursue something that I know is going to work well for everyone in the end (yes as an INFP I have been fairly rational and practical my whole life, ironically) and rather would follow the leader without question. But when things go astray, I simply take the wheel and steer clear of the storm overnight by doing everyone’s work single-handedly,in silence of course, but somehow everything goes unnoticed and I become invisible again. I often find it easier to lie to people than to reject them or their ideas outright. It's like I'm taking on the burden of rejection or failure in their place. If my way is better, they will be none the wiser. If I fail, I'm just a liar and an idiot. Maybe I am an idiot for following my own ideas with no one else onboard. I just want to take the fall on my own if it comes down to it, so the system doesn't have to be burdened. But in a way, I am the threat that the system has been afraid of. I just hope that my good intentions will lead to good results.

I’m an INFP and I’m engaged to an ISTP. It works out pretty well! I believe the dynamics is usually ISTPs keeping us more grounded and practical while we help them “think outside of the box and look at different perspectives”.

It's because INFJ & INTJ are like enemies due to the difference of their strength (thinker vs feeler) but avoids conflict due to their intuitions. I actually like it when INTJ & INFJ fight 😂 because it's seems like no one can lose and win either so they both avoid it due to their dominant intuitions. - I'm an INFJ. I can't say I rlly2 love them since I honestly don't get them, they're way too good at hiding themselves and that's one of the things I like bout them it's because I can't read them, they're wayy too unpredictable. (I have sibling who is INTJ, I'm the one who always pick on her and she ignores me alot.. But when she do fight back.. I'm an INFJ, and to be honest, INFJs are just like INTJs on the interior. But they act nice and sweet due to extroverted feeling. I think a lot of INTJs have a soft side but hate to admit it. As an INFJ, I seem the kindest person on earth (stage 1). But once you get to know me a little, I am still a kind person (not the kindest)(stage 2). But then, when you become really close to me, I am a though, introverted girl who is weird (stage 3). But when you become the closest person to me, you'll see that I am that thought introverted girl but I can share my thoughts, weaknesses and feelings with you (stage 4). My parents get stage 3, my classmates and teachers get stage 1, my friends get stage 2, my one and only cousin sister, she gets stage 4.
