Nine wins. Nine took on Deku and Bakugo, two one for all users, don’t forget that Wolfram gets taken out via a simple lightning strike. He can’t cover himself and he’s all in the air. Flect will get overwhelmed and can’t dish out as much as the other two and will eventually get his reflect canceled. Don’t forget Nine just needed Katsuma’s quirk so he could use his weather manipulation to his fullest unlimited power, even then he already created a storm that was affecting cities, about to destroy a large mountain and another mountain, and said storm also covered the country. If he got the quirk, he’d spam with no limits and even cause damage to earth if he wanted to that’s not even counting his other quirks. And don’t forget that it took Deku and Bakugo’s power to clear out his storm, and that explosion and storm alone dwarfed the attack of Deku and All Might’s. Deku was also far far far stronger in heroes rising than he was in two heroes

Bigger question is what kind of support gear upgrades these movie villains get if given the chance? While not as big as a quirk awakening support gear is a secondary power-up that can make certain characters both sides nearly OP depending on the quirk & what the gear does. Like Wolfram gets a thin full-body suit of armor, made of nanomachines son, that he could mold into whatever weapon he needs for long range or close range, capable of self repair & by eating other metal & could be into anything undetectable like a metal briefcase to slip past security. The reason Wolfram was so powerful was cause he was in an environment filled with metal, throw him away places like a beach where there's no metal & he's toast. With this, Wolfram would still be an active threat regardless of the environment & could get the heroes by surprise Nine's already powerful but the only holding him back is the side effects of his body deteriorating so his support item would be an implant, likely requiring brain surgery, that would basically grant him a Wolverine-style healing factor that allows him to stay in the fight far longer than before & recover all damage from the fight. Only downside is too many headblows runs the risk of shorting it out temporarily or a skilled hacker discovers it & turns it off while on the sidelines while Nines focus is elsewhere, causing the side effects to return Flect Turn's quote is quite powerful but is mainly defensive with barely no offense means other than wall mounted lasers. With him being cult leader, why not give him support items that not just enhance his physical offense but allow him to inflict & exploit physiological damage? He gets an extendable blade & a wrist mounted laser gun for physical but under his robe, is a vest that, along with mirrors, are equipped with versatile bug-like drones Flect can carry to create illusions use for long range attacks, allows him to levitate & a visor that allows him to come up with a psychological profile of his opponent. And for his trump card, Flect as access to a fear toxin similar to Scarecrow that causes the victim to hallucinate their worst fear into reality or relive their most traumatic events before leaving the body before it can be studied, giving Flect more far more opportunities, making him a Mysterio/Scarecrow hybrid. (Though I hate to see what As Nodt-quality nightmare fuel the Big 3 of Class 1-A would experience if Flect had that)

nines fire twister he used on deku and bakugo in movie two. flecturns reflections will just amplify it while surrounding him even if he has omni directional defenses. it will eventually shatter or he gets burned by random sparks that pass through his defenses.

Best setting for Movie 4 would be a plot set after Deku leaves UA where he has to stop one of the prisoners which escaped Tartarus and is threatening Japan. They could even have that movie be the part where Deku unlocks Smokescreen and/or Fa Jin for the first time since we never saw those moments in the Escapee Arc. As for the rest of the UA squad? Well we could see exactly what they were doing with the Wild Pussycats during that time.

10:00 Not necessarily. A very high Attack Potency attack like Fire Tornado can overwhelm Flect Turn's quirk too. It has limits as stated. Also, Movie 3 Deku and Movie 2 Deku are equals. They both use 100% and even if they are not, the gap is small Flect Turn got no diffed by Movie Three 100% Deku

The Two for All assault on Nine pales in comparison, at least in quantity, to the sheer number of attacks from 100% Deku alone against Flect

Don't know if I agree. First of all, I'm not convinced Deku even used 100% against Flect Turn. After it was all said and done, Deku did not show the same level of injury that he normally would after using 100%. His arms were bruised, but he still had full function and barely even made any indication that he was super hurt. You could try arguing that was because he had a higher tolerance, but this was a Deku who could barely handle 20%, while (spoiler) Deku during the War Arc was actively concerned about the consequences of going 100%. Also, Nine was able to tank and evade hits from not just one, but two people going 100% at the same time. And one of them made massive explosions that literally melted the earth come out of his hands. Not to mention Nine's ability to generate a Strom significantly larger than the island they were on, which was also capable of terraforming the earth around him. So in conclusion, I don't think Flect Turn's quirk can even handle like 70%-80% of OFA, while Nine has the durability and speed to survive against two 100% OFA users AND he has a similar level of damage output. Just my opinion of course, but I think Nine takes it.

inever saw the third movie so Idk if Flect only does damage to others by reflecting but if Nine just doesn't use his abilities and just lets Flect hit him, could he steal the quirk then? like if flect threw a punch and nine blocked with his hand could he steal it. Cause if i fought someone I couldn't touch I think it just kinda end in stalemate, cause once you see you can't hurt him the normal way you'd have to think of a trick and I don't think nine is dumb enough to just keep attacking over and over once he knows his quirk.

The quirk amplification device wasen't Wolframs he just stole it and used it and he had a strenght enhancment quirk from All for one witch gave him a suprise attack on All might. Wolfram has to actually tuouch the metal he controls so with Flecturn he would just be reflected and Nine just puts upp the shield. Nine is way more tactical than Flecturn and could easily outsmart him. Flecturn became enraged because Deku shit talked him so depending on where they fight Nine could easily just trick Flecturn into some hazard and just eventually wear him out since he never botherd to train his quirk at all Nine would easily take advantage of that.

Wolfram is tough and strong I guess but Nine’s lightning almost hard counters him if Wolfram just likes staying in a giant metal fortress like he did. Despite Nine fighting Two for All, Flect took on way more power I think. Nine went down to a handful of 100% attacks. Flect was beaten by Deku pulling out a completely asinine flurry of 100% attacks, the likes of which we haven’t seen since All Might’s over 300 100+% rush on the USJ Nomu. So then it comes down to if Nine can create the same amount of force Deku’s absolute storm of Deku’s 100% blows. Flect might have a hard time landing enough hits on Nine though. Nine did take on 2 OFA users so, especially with his shields, he does have great durability.

I think what you said is 100% true but there is one idea that I think is entirely possible I don't know if nine also has it but what if AFO could negate the quirk the person is stealing Because it is like a vacuum so so it would start the process of stealing the quirk with negating it the closer his hand is to the head the only thing I can think of is the recent fight against AFO shigaraki and how the vestiges are still active but just because the vestiges are active doesn't mean the quirk is active

I’d say the flect could win since he reflected about a lot of punches and strikes from deku, I’d say that he’d double lose when he fights against Bakugou ofa and deku ofa, but the thing is that flect turn didn’t need a single enhancement to put deku in a serious situation, imagine if his quirk was enhanced, then I’d say that he’d win, Nine has a huge limit, if he uses his quirk too much, he gets really injured by too much usage, I’d think that nine would overuse his quirk so much that he’d just lose, add the fact that he is getting hit by his own attack because you know, reflect, I’d put my money in 50% nine and 50% flect. Edit: if you look at nine’s fight carefully, he mostly blocks deku and bakugou’s attacks, he just gets hit by minor attacks at first, dkeu hits nine with a 20% kick to the face, saving Katsura, deku and Bakugou breaking through the barrier after saving Katsura and mahoro, then a strike to tot eh body by Bakugou, nine then gets enhancements form his life support thing and goes ham, deku and Bakugou launch a huge attack to the sky, didn’t affect nine because it was to the sky, not nine. Nine dodges deku’s 100% kick and blocks bakugou’s mountain ending explosion boulder strike, deku becomes the embodiment of lightning and hits nine, nine blocks the attack again but the shield breaks with just one 100% kick, deku and Bakugou both strike nine with 100 kick and blast. So nine got beat by quirk overusage accumulated, some strikes head on. Flect turn: doesn’t get hit for 90% of the whole fight, deku hits him with like approximately 200,000 100% strikes at least, that doesn’t even finish the job, it just breaks this flect barrier, then he gets hit by USW smash and finally gets knocked out. Compare over 100,000 100% strikes( that didn’t even finish the job) to just some head on strikes. I think flect gets the upper hand here.

Deku at 100% FC is much stronger than S2 All Might. Why? Cuz he’s blitzing and beating around a Shiggy who is as strong as Prime AM rn. And yes, apparently the gap between Prime AM and Non Prime AM isn’t really anywhere as big as it was thought to be earlier.

@@VocalPineapple That was when he was at 75%. Now he’s at 100%. In the war arc, base shiggy was compared to USJ Nomu/USJ AM. Whereas now, at 100%, he’s comparable to Prime AM. And yes, current base shiggy is equal to Prime AM. Best Jeanist and Shiggy/Afo himself have stated it. Don’t rely on an outsated statement made by Ujiko for a weaker Shiggy. It’ll be easier to digest this once we accept that Prime AM isn’t anything like 60x or 6x Non prime AM. Realistically it’s more so 2x or sum shit. Current Deku at 100%FC (or Faux 100% for that matter) is on or above Prime AM level. He’s blitzing and kicking around a character as strong as Prime AM. Same for Awakened Bakugo (going from 45% level in speed to blitzing Prime AM tier). Or Mirko being able to damage Shiggy (due to bakugo weakening shiggy’s head dura). And even if we try to argue that Shiggy is close (as said by Ujiko, previously in the war arc) to AM (prime assuming), then that still puts Deku at Prime AM level when using 100% right now. lol

@@VocalPineapple Really isn't a good thing to base Shigaraki's power on, since Ujiko said this in the FIRST WAR ARC, in reference to 75% Shigaraki. However it is stated by Shigaraki himself that he's as strong as Prime AllMight when he reached completetion and there is no reason to doubt this statement, since it is basically being made by AFO himself, someone who literally FOUGHT Prime Allmight and should know better than basically anyone how strong he is. To back this up, an offical guide states that Shigaraki's body is as strong as Prime AM as well, with Aizawa saying this Shigaraki is nothing like he was before.

Deku had like 1 or 2 100% smashes against Wolfram since the glove could only withstand 2. He restrained All Might, sure, but he was also targeting his weak spot to get the upper hand and was tripped up by Bakugo snd Shoto

He can slice boulders and rocks into pieces and explode them. He literally wounded Deku and Bakugo and they were able to rematch after being healed by Katsuma’s quirk. They are just lasers. And regardless he can just use his lightning to one shot
