Just a summary on what is said online explaining why she disappeared for 10 years. And why the records are sealed …? The records were expunged all together very recently. 15:21 Apparently Dorito Chips was sent to the can, as you say, bc she was caught committing forgery in official paperwork and trying to pin tax evasion on Thomas . Just prior to this she had taken Thomas to the cleaners, after they broke up, he got depressed and started drinking. She used the drinking against him as far as she could in court, playing the victim and claiming child endangerment. She got alimony and custody. (GUILTY, OUT OF THE PICTURE, DID NOT GO TO PLAN) Then, instead of being happy with this result, the Dorito Chip got greedy. She allegedly had intentionally avoided paying taxes on the store front property Thomas had bought her for her “travel agency.” When the IRS came knocking, she immediately blamed Thomas, trying to pin the blame and the serious tax evasion charges on him. She had attempted to falsify the deed to the property or some other official document. (COVERUP TAMPERING, Judgement , PLEASE FIND ME, HARSH SENTENCE) Tom was already wrecked and liquidated by the first court case, and now, it really seemed like she was trying to destroy his life and finish him off. He was also trying to appeal the judgment on the first case. And now this… Luckily the judge wasn’t stupid and saw clearly what she was attempting to pull. She was severely punished for her bad judgment. (TWO CRIMES CONNECTED) There may have been other legal woes being brought up at the same time… for example in that first court case she would have to prove she has steady work , so that also could be another forged paperwork incident. Or it could have been a case involving the distribution and sales of the sweet cheeba cheeba, and outing a big boss. This could have been dangerous. It hasn’t been legalized back then yet and could have brought some nasty charges if she didn’t snitch on her provider. Later she may have given the names for a plea deal like your cards show. Thank you!!! ☺️ I’ll add this: there is speculation Dorito Chips tampered with the will of her late father to make her the sole inheritor. she hadn’t even been on speaking terms. From what Ive read and watched on various YT chanels who have done deep dives as far as the mother is concerned, Thomas paid for her travel agency which she was supposed to transfer into her own name. She didnt transfer the company. She was fleecing the company and cooking the books and when the IRS caught up with her, she blamed Thomas and threw him under the bus. The IRS did a forensic investigation into the books and it transpired that she was the guilty party and she went to jail. Her prison record has also been shown on various YT chanels so it's no massive secret - it's just not bandied about. The conspiracy theories are just that - conspiracy theories - anything can be made to fit anything to suit circumstances. If she had been in witness protection, she would not be showing her face at all, even if a drug king pin is no longer around, they usually have minions who carry out their orders after they're gone. She went to jail for fraud, that's all there was to it!

Question to ask is any of the RF aware? I have an inkling, Charles and William are aware. Charles was talked into giving her an allowance to come and live in UK for a while, before and after the wedding, to help Meghan adjust. Then he was said to be furious and cut it off shortly after Archie’s birth, because he had been duped. I think it was Tom Bower who had some suspicions when he was researching his book. I bet they are pleased Harry bought her into the family, NOT.

When Meghan first started to rattle her nasty sabers at the BRF, I remember distinctly reading a very straightforward news article that D - - a had served time on tax-related charges.
