ingredients
1 whole chicken 800 grams
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp rock salt or chaat masala
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
food colour optional
500 grams basmati rice
1 tbsp full salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 star anise
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
2 cardomons
1 stick cinnamon
4 black pepper
1small blade of mace
5 medium onions sliced
1 tomato
4 cashews
4 almonds
few coriander leaves
few mint leaves
2 green chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp rock salt
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
coriander mint leaves for garnishing
food colour optional
desi ghee

Oven maye bhi batye ma'am a full chicken kisa fry hoga

Fry nahi hoga bake hoga 45 minutes to 1 hour atleast u have to keep it on max oven temp
