You are so generous, Jeanne, to share such a gorgeous pattern, plus all of the videos and instructions. Thank you for providing a challenge that is beyond the basics. I also learned new tips. I never knew why diagonal grid lines were good; I just thought they looked pretty. I always do the outer design first and then the grid lines. That must be why I get extra fabric at the end of a line!
@JeanneHarrison
@JeanneHarrison 5 жыл бұрын
When you do the outer portion first, you are forcing the batting to the center area . Then when you stitch the center area you end up with puckers because there's nowhere else for the batting to go.

Reviewing all this wonderful information Jeanne. For those of us that use a stitch regulator what do you recommend? I generally use 10 stitches per inch. I am very excited at this will be my first "quilt along".

Hi Jeanne. I am in awe of your skill. It's obvious you have many years experience with quilting and I admire you for sharing your techniques. I too would like to learn how to machine quilt on a domestic machine. It would be nice to have access to your workbook outside of Facebook. I don't do social media, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Is there another way for those of us who shy away from social media to have access to your patterns and/or workbook? Thanks again. Siena
