4 pcs. large eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp water
8 tbsp sugar ( for caramelized )
4 pcs Llanera.

how many ml should the evaporated milk be? i used 1 can and the finish product was runny. :(

Hello sorry to hear that, it's 385 ml evaporated milk. If it's runny it means not enough heat turn heat to medium low but not over boiling.

@@melskitchen88 omg okayy~ thank you. After 40mins, it was runny so I added another 15mins with the heat increased. The flan was formed but it wasn’t as firm as I want it to be. I’ll try next time with the heat better regulated! Thanks again!
