Bobby I've been listening to your recommendations all year and after 8 months of shopping with all of them with the help of a gym membership, I'm proud to say that I've lost 25 pounds and for the first time in my life I am considered a normal weight according to my primary care physician as of 3 weeks ago. Life changing stuff, thank you Bobby!

I wish I had a Whole Foods near me and Costco and walmart are very limited on Bobby approved products. Will be getting a couple of Sprouts in the next coming years. We do have a family owned health food store but wowza the prices are through the roof. Maybe ill just have to make a trip out of town every month and stock up on stuff. Fortunately its just for the most part just my husband and I. Adult children and little grand kids come to visit from time to time. Being 62 I have learned so much about anti Inflammatory oils until watching you, I never knew. Thank you so much Bobby

As of yet there are no vegan meat alternatives that use organic wheat or organic soy along with non seed oils. I would be delighted if a major faux vegan meat brand would take this on and use organic products and safe oils like coconut, avocado or palm in their products. Unmeat has several vegan meats that use palm oil but unfortunately they use non organic ingredients. It would be a game changer. Gardein's Ultimate Burger just used to have coconut oil in it and I was really excited until I saw they have since revised their ingredient list and added in safflower or sunflower oil to it. It would be amazing and with you platform you could really help make this happen. I am so appreciative of the influence you are having on our food suppliers, thank you again!!

Definitely look into 365 WF store brand. Surprised peanut butter 365 didnt get a mention as holding the oil separates and just got peanuts and salt as ingredients. A 365 review general stuff would help narrow and avoid complications reading laundry lists of 10 different items of same food.

Yes it’s a bit expensive but actually having something that tastes great and so much closer to real bread, I’ll be buying it for now on. Ezekiel bread is expensive and dry and no real flavor! My nutritionist suggested it to me and boy, I’m glad she did!! 💗
