This makes 9 - 3" Bread rolls.
Bake at 350 Deg. F for 20 mins and until golden
3 cups Bread Flour
2 tsp dry active yeast
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups luke warm water
-------
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds chopped
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
------
2 tbsp crisco or butter
2 tbsps milk
#hopsbread #wholegrainbread

I followed the basic principles of this recipe, I used whole wheat flour, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds and regular sesame seeds. I also made into a loaf instead... it came out perfect. It’s the best bread I’ve ever made. I wish I could post a pic here. Thank you so much.

I followed your recipe, but I used multigrain and whole wheat flour instead and added some extra ground flaxseeds and sesame seeds , it's came out perfect, best I've ever made .🤗🤗 Thank you Natasha for this wonderful opportunity to bake my own home made hoops 🤗🤗

I tried this recipe again and made hops instead of a loaf. Best hops bread I ever made,very soft. Next time I will try adding a little whole wheat flour.

2 1/2 cups of Luke warm water is too much water for 3 cups of flour (it was like a soup), I had to add 1 1/2 more cups of flour to make it less sticky then I left it to raise, I was able to form the little balls after and the bread came out fine. Thank you for the recipe just edit your recipe because I was lucky to have extra flour but some people don’t specially now in lockdown with the Covic 19 the flour is hard to find.

When kneading dough you want to add the water in a little at a time and not all at once. But will edit. thank you

Thank you for your fast reply, the confusing part was I added the yeast to all the 2 1/2 cups of water, I didn’t want to waste any yeast, maybe specify that you add the yeast to 1 cup of water and then use the rest of the water adding little by little as you knit the dough and check if it needs all of it.

Hi Natasha, can it be done with all whole wheat flour or mixed 2:1 ( 2 white AP ) or 1:2 ratio (1 WHITE AP)

It’s too much water for 3 cups of flour, you need to add to your recipe 1 1/2 more of flour, I added this and the dough wasn’t like a soup it was still sticking but I was able to form the dough balls

Hi Natasha is it 3 cups flour to 2 teaspoon yeast and 2 1/2 water? The 2 and a half cups water yeast mixture was too much for me. Was there an error? Thx much

Elizabeth Roblyn This happened to me as well I had to add 1 more cup of flour and it’s still very sticky, I just left it to prove like that hopefully it works

@@DiviaQ Now I kno it is true what other bakers say, that different flour absorbs water different. And also that it is dependent upon the atmosphere. As I'm always using instant yeast I will put the yeast directly in the flour next time. Because there's no Need to proof instant yeast, that way, you add water gradually. Hope this helps

@@josephinehills6802 1 1/2cup was too much for me as well. I just kept adding more flour and kneading. I used all purpose instead of bread flour.
