Becky, you're so right! I cleaned my house when my kids were in school. Too many people expect their homes to look like the models that are not lived in. They are constantly under stress when people come over. My aunt kept her home immaculate and ironed everything from towels to sheets. She even ironed her husband's underware. They didn't have children either.

I remember reading in a book, I think it was the mindfulness one called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels, that cleaning is an amazing therapeutic experience. I started cleaning in silence, no music or distraction and I do feel a ton better inside and out for sure. There's something therapeutic about it for me.

So happy that you get to move to the new house you will have fun creating a nursery. My daughter injured her pinky after a bunch of tests they believe she damaged the tendon. They are going to try casting her hand several times, then a brace, if none of this works she will have surgery, she think she jammed her pinky finger while playing ball with the children. If I could ask for prayers, my granddaughter is having some serious surgery on Dec. 19, take care and stay safe.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you!! I'm constantly juggling things all day, going from one to the next, then back again. It was something I had to adjust to when I first became a mom. Before kids it's easy to complete a task start to finish, now it's a little different. There are always pauses, then picking back up where I left off! 😅

I have something called "cold urticaria" where I am allergic to cold- I break out in uncontrollable hives and my whole body itches! My doctor just prescribed me Zertec (so insurance will cover it, but it's OTC) and I take one pill daily. It's been 6 weeks, and i haven't gotten hives ONCE! Game changer! It is also nursing and pregnancy safe! I am nursing my 8 month old, so my doctor made sure of it :) hope that helps!

Yes, that is what I have too! I'm someone who avoids medications as much as possible, so unfortunately I think I'll just be bundling up while getting the occasional hives this winter 😅 But that's great to hear! I'm so happy it's working for you!!

There is no reason kids shouldn’t sleep in the same room. They are perfectly fine in their. But, you clearly didn’t listen to the video. We are on the last few weeks of building and will be moving in about 3 weeks 😊

Sorry but you need to talk to your husband and children I know they are young but my two children cleared their toys away put their coats shoes etc they made their own beds I fought them to fold their clothes and lots of other jobs from been a baby you have to many toys to choose from that’s why everything is out reduce the toys put half away in storage and swop the toys I gave my children a set theme before their baths to clear away if anything was left out I told them the bin, so I would collect things and put them in a plastic bag until the week end and knock some points of so they got less sweets they eventually didn’t leave anything your not punishing your children your teaching them home skills x
