Whole vs Pre Cut Pellet Smoked Beef Short Ribs on a Pellet Grill

In this video I do some whole vs pre cut pellet smoked beef short ribs on a pellet grill. I got this idea from my buddy Joe from Smokin Joe's Pit BBQ when we were talking about how much we both really liked beef ribs. So we decided to try it out and both do a video to see how they would turn out. Now these were some decent size short ribs but I can honestly say the pre cut were awesome!! I just wish I had some huge chuck plate dino bones so I could really get some huge bark lollipops!! hahaha Now the Heavy D from Smoke Daddy is AWESOME and I was very impressed with the added smokey flavor it helped achieve!!
