I love these conversations! Thank you Soren and Alanis. I also grapple with that question Alanis talked about: "how do I discern between intuition and a feeling that might not be ideal to chase." I've just started looking into polyvagal theory with my therapist and hoping this will help! And of course, conversations like these - and all of Alanis' songs help immensely 💛
