A fellow REI was talking about land investment for several months now, but I feel so green that I didn't follow up. I was plunging myself on SFH wholesaling the past 6 months but no lead to deal yet. (It's fine, I'm learning by doing.) I watched Jamel Gibbs on his Slow Flip Owner Financing in KZbin, and I subscribed right away; and then now watching Jamel & Eli here really triggers me to wet my feet in land niche. I just now registered to Eli's Live Class - How to Land Your First Deal in the Next 30-45 Days. I'm looking forward to a new horizon. Thanks, Jamel, Eli, for this eye opener episode. a week ago I tried wholesaling a lot to DR Horton. They said I would have to do a double close cause they are already working with a wholesaler. i wonder if its this guy....would have been an 18k spread.

I’ve been calling builders & No one will give me a straight answer on what they’re paying. They all same “it varies for every property, I have to look at it first to get a number”
