I delivered meals for Meals on Wheels here in Santa Rosa (NoCal) after the financial crisis hit in 2008. And the people usually elders really appreciated the service. You are the best. They use the term in America "Food Challenged" for being hungry! Oh for gods sake America. Just feed the people. Don't worry about semantics. Do you believe that. Thank you thank you for all you do. I couldn't believe it when I ran across this video. You are incredible.

So kind of you to provide meals for SO MANY, Julie, your heart is huge! ❤❤❤ Just a tip: if you're using gloves, they are NO BETTER than your bare hands if you are touching many & various things like your hair, your car, whatever. Technically you should put on a fresh pair whenever you touch something new to keep from cross contamination (yes, every time!). Also refrigerate your meals ASAP after they're made to prevent spoilage!

Exceptional response to the local need; I hope the meals continue for those who truly need assistance. This has certainly exceeded the response in many USA locales. Gracious response without any expectation of return: true agape.

I really love and respect that you donated meals to the vulnerable in your community! That is a kind and caring viscountess. Brava! Also, as an American, I imagine the hardest transition for me would be driving on the left hand side; and staying there! OMG

I cannot believe that the viscountess has to carry all those heavy boxes. Even if she were not a viscountess, as a woman some one should help her carry the heavy boxes. She is a lovely delicate young woman. God bless her for all the wonderful work that she does

I love that they do this. It's always wonderful to see people helping other people, especially during Covid. This is such an extraordinarily beautiful estate. I do have to say though, gloves don't do much when you touch everything from the car, to your mask, phone, and shoes after you put them on. 😜

Love your videos, always very interesting.Can I make a suggestion about the labelling, it would be much easier to apply the labels first before they are put in the boxes, dble handling here.

Most hardworking ladies and mark in England. My heart goes out to people in need. Great efforts. Ms will try to have time on your yoga channel. I find that it has benefits for mind and body balance. Strength and health. Please reply. I have had to deal with balance issue due to a stroke and other serious issues. I love watching Mapperton videos. Julie could you set a proper table for you and one member of your family and show us a normal English dinner and conversation this summer. Stay safe and know you have only began to experience the success that you will have with this channel. Julie you always put your whole heart into everything. You are loved for who you are.

Words in England are pronounced different than they are spelled because the English language is 30-40% old French. You can thank the Normans and the Plantagenet kings of England for that.

Why didn't you label them when they were lying out in the kitchen before they were put into boxes?
@AugustDeb2 жыл бұрын
Hi Julie - You labeled the meals outside in the sun, loaded and unloaded your car, and then left the food on a table inside the town hall. How long did the food go without refrigeration? Seems that would be a safety concern that could spoil your good deeds. NO disrespect - just an observation.

Ahhh Julie wearing the wrong kinda mask and also wearing incorrectly in 2020.. makes me cringe hahaha...Lord help us not ever have to go back there but if we do please let us not wear cloth masks that just cover the tips of our noses.. ;). I enjoy your ;however, there are several issues that you need to work on. 1. Your hair is always flat and stringy and needs to be highlighted. It will give you volume. As much as you are in the public eye, I would think you want to look your best. 2. You really need to watch yourself on TV because you hardly ever end a sentence without sputtering . I cannot believe you have not had proper lessons to correct your problems. Hope you are not offended and take my advise.
