There are a lot of good people out there. Don't ever give up hope!

Most of these 'good people' are abusive as all hell. Look into all of your fridges & wardrobes. The victims of rape, murder, abduction, torture & slavery in there would disagree.

My former boss, Steve (you know who you are) did this exact same thing for a family of 4 kids. Some people are just wonderful and generous.

I was that cashier that listens to everyone 🥹 Homemaker now, but I wish that was something stores have normally because people do need someone to talk to. ❤

I work retail, and I try to take the time to listen to and chat with my customers (when the line permits; it’s just me and three self-checkouts plus a backup register when we need another human). It’s fun giving them advice and tips on craftwork/artwork, and if a customer comes in who’s arranging a funeral for a loved one, I always ask if I can give them a hug. Just that show of sympathy does wonders for their aching hearts, and the hugs are always appreciated. Sometimes we all need a shoulder to cry on!

Not just Dutch supermarkets. In the UK almost all staffed tills are similar. If customers don't like waiting in the long queue they can leave the single, staffed till, and go do the supermarket's job for them in the self/no service area, for no pay of course.

11:48 I was last in one of those supermarket. Didn’t know about it, but there was a man before me taking its time, and chatter with the cashier. Allmost all clients use the self scan possibility. I’m 71 and don’t know how it works. Normally I go to the Lidl, that cashiers always want to help me packing my groceries.

There are a lot of amazingly kind people with such imagination to find so many different ways to be kind. I really believe that if you give someone a chance to be kind they will be and the day is made better for both of you.

Without these compilations videos that show us there's still good people out there and even if you know some of them... It's just sad that the news don't highlight those wholesome gestures. They just keep on with the depressing stuff when we really need to hear stories like those to give us hope. After all, all those people are heros!

Wow! Many of these people leave a wonderful legacy of love, like Dale, who paid tuition & sent many many kids to college.👏❣️👏 And what a beautiful handmade vest his grandmother spent a lot of her time making! ❣️ and it was no small feat & the African chief Teresa deserves an award for for getting 3500 kids out of child brides situations 👏👏👏That is absolutely incredible work❣️❣️❣️
