Its always such an experience- the lead up, the convincing yourself to do it, the shock when your toes touch the water, the doubt, the perseverance of the convincing, the “F it I’m going in”, running, freezing, flapping around and then the final dunk. Once the dunk is done you may swoosh around attempting to be warm or you might bail as mission is complete. Eventually you get out, wrap yourself in a towel and try ignore how much you’re shivering and the awful earache you’ve now got🤣🤣 all to go home and tell your parents you swam in the sea and for them to be amazed and call you crazy🤣🤣 xxx

I went to the beach on Saturday last week, 11th Apr. for the very first time.....It was awesome, so refreshing to the mind. I agree with you, it was indeed needed. To just take a break from academics. PS: The last part of the video showing the ocean waves brought back some memories from this past weekend. Absolutely gorgeous.
