A'ight story time. So my mum is in a wheelchair, she's been handicapped for about 5 years now, there was an accident couple years back. We were in a hair salon and I had just gotten a haircut. After we paid, and we were about to go, her chair(it's an electric chair) stopped working. It was pouring heavily outside. Most people were annoyed because there was a big chair in the way. It was very heavy but we managed to push it to the back of the store. No one bothered to help except for the lady who cut my hair. We tried searching stuff up to see what would help but my mum's phone died. The lady gave us her charger and starting searching stuff on her own phone. Eventually we stopped because we couldn't find anything. And my mom can't walk so, in her chair(which must've weighed over 150 pounds) added with her weight, the lady pushed her outside all the way to our car in pouring rain. When we were fully situated in the car, she went back inside to get our stuff, and then asked if we would be ok getting home and if we needed further help. It's been about 2 years now and I refuse to get a haircut anywhere else.

Okay so, At my old school the older years had to look after the new reception starters, we called these buddies. I had 2 buddies, a little girl and a little boy and one day I went over to their table were they where sat peacefully (for once lol) and asked, “hey guys! What are you doin?” And they both just looked up at me, gave me a piece of paper and said, “this is for you *insert my name*”. I looked down at what they had handed me and it was a drawing that they did of all 3 of us holding hands on the field outside the school. I was leaving the school that year, (it was a primary school, I was in year 6) so they gave it to me as a goodbye gift. I actually still have it!

So something that melts my heart everytime My neighbour's son is around 5 yrs old and I'm 17. There's nobody of my age in the entire apartment complex, so i am quite lonely. But the little buddy, he always keeps me company ☺️. He gives me friendship bands on friendship day, gave me a get well soon card when i wasn't well, and sent me a card which had written i miss you very much, when i was gone for while. I don't have any siblings either but he's my little brother. I always keep his gifts, they're so precious

(both of these stories happened in 4th grade) I remember one time there was this girl in school who rarely ate and when she had money, she'd buy something from the cafeteria. One day I saw her particularly hungry and handed her enough money for a slice of pizza Some of my classmates insisted that it was a bad idea because she would probably just buy candy But she did get herself pizza And she seemed so happy afterwards ^^ I felt good too and lucky that I had that extra money laying around Now this one happened to me: A girl once came into our school for a couple weeks and then never again She had a very specific case but we won't get into that... One day we were just normally chatting and out of the blue she started picking on me I wasn't telling her to go away or anything and just played along But she threw my food to the floor I was so mad- So I simply started crying trying to pick it up When my classmates noticed they inmediately started giving me many things And they even collected a bunch of money to buy me something filling and delicious from the cafeteria I was a bit overwhelmed but it was a nice feeling too ➖〰️➖

One of my friends once gave me some money since my mum won't let me pack my own lunch, and she had forgotten to pack anything, so when my friend gave me some money for lunch, I wanted to hug him, except everyone thinks me and him are dating so I just thanked him and tried to give him his money back and he refused so I got lunch and paid him back a week later

You helped a girl in need one time, then when you had something bad happen to you (the bully that threw your food on the floor), your friends banded together and helped you. I was in secondary school (year 10) when I was doing my week long work experience placement at my primary school. It had been 4 years since I finished meaning some of the older kids were there at the same time I was. I walked into the year 5 class and one of the girls walked up to me and aked me if I'd played the lead in a play that the school did when I was in year 6 (she would've been in year 1). When I said yes she look up at me and said "I remember you. I missed you. I love you" the hugged me. I don't think I've gotten teary eyed so quickly in my life.

aw. i wish i had a friend like that who would listen to your problems without interrupting starting their own in such a way that they forget you have a problem. or even for happiness. someone who does not ruin your happiness. someone who won't interrupt in such a way that you are never able to complete your happy stories and have to bottle up everything. someone who lets you share your stories and does not get bored. i do have one friend like that now, have had one for over a month now, but he doesnt get much time understandably.

back when i used to be on twitter (before i deactivated my acc, RIP), there was this account where you could DM them, tell them the @ of a person who you want to give a "virtual hug" to (basically, it's the cute virtual hugging gif), and then, you can write a message for that person. you also get to choose whether you want to be anonymous or not. you were allowed to write as many as you pleased and they would get posted publically, plus the person would get tagged. so, what did i do? yeah, i sent so many of those out. i have really bad anxiety, so messaging the account was very difficult to do, but thankfully, they don't strike up a conversation. they simply reply that they've posted it. i sent a lot of virtual hugs to my online friends, or just some acquaintances who were having a bad day. i never ended up telling those people that i was the one who sent them out, but it was really wholesome to see their reactions to the virtual hugs :)

Something wholesome happened to me recently,. In my area, we were running out of gas so there were long lines of cars. One kid had been sitting in the left turn to get into the gas station for 30 mins bc nobody let him in, so I let him go in front of me. Now normally I try to do nice things for others but I never really had something nice happen to me until now. As we waited in line the kid finally got to a gas pump and instead of me having to wait another 20 mins, he refused to let anyone get gas after him and saved the pump for me. He straight up told me to come to the pump despite people being in front of me. I felt so grateful bc for once someone remembered my kindness and wanted to do the same. I honestly wanted to cry of joy. There were also people who were very sweet to me because I'd let them in and one lady was kind enough to walk up to my car and warn me about going over a curb

When I was a school bus driver, I would engage the kids, have them spell or answer questions and give them a dollar if they get it right. When I left the company, a child gave me a plastic plate of cookies and a 5 year old gave me a pin.🥺🥺🥺 It was basically some seed beads on a safety pin. Bcuz I'm kinda outgoing people usually end up thinking I'm a social butterfly who can meet new people just like that.but i found out I'm just a social introvert, and in any situation I'm not familiar with my anxiety gets the best of me,especially with new people or places.in 7th grade a new girl got in our class she'd moved back t the country from the US and u could tell she didn't know wut the hell was going on.the first day I'm at the front desk she's right behind me and the whole class at the back were whisper-shouting abt how she had an attitude where actually she was just nervous t approach any1.i could kinda relate i felt bad but i got a grip and started a conversation.i had t twist around in my seat to talk but still i talked non stop i told her abt how things worked,had lunch with her and everything.yrs later she was the loudest in class.she had her own besties i had mine we were good pals but nothing worth mentioning.so on her last day b4 she switched cities, she was told t present a goodbye speech.and surprising the daylight out of me she mentioned that day I'd befriended her even tho odds were against me and how she was so moved and that her highschool days were amazing cuz that incident had let her come out. She'd never even hinted b4 abt this i didn't think it was anything worth remembering. But it felt good t know what i did didn't go unnoticed by any1 and was appreciated.

i don't know if my story goes with this but ya'know, i figured i'd share it. so about a week ago I (23 F) was sitting in a coffee shop scrolling on my phone and i noticed a man (looked about 30 or so) hitting on a woman (looked about 20) and she looked REALLY uncomfortable, so i got up and ordered a piece of cake (two layered white cake with wiped cream and strawberries) got a fork and walked over to the table. i looked a the woman and said, "Hey babe i got your cake, i hope i didn't make you wait too long and-....." i looked at the man and said "who are you? can you get out of my seat?" and the girl (smart as she is) caught on and said, "Oh hey babe, thanks! and don't worry you didn't take too long. also i don't know who he is, he just sat here." (confirming my suspicions) so i looked at the man and said "oh ok, can you move now so i can sit with my girlfriend?" and he looked shocked and said "OH! uhm.... sorry i.... thought she looked.... like someone i knew, ill leave now, sorry bye!" (yes he paused between words) he got up quickly and left. so i sat down and said " hey, im going to sit here for a bit to make sure he doesn't come back to bother you again, you can have the cake if you want, i don't really like sweets much" and she said " ok, thank you. you can stay here as long as you like...actually do you wanna get coffee some time, as a thank you?" (she gave me her number) so long story short i have a date tomorrow (confirmed by her when the asked 'when our date was') and my family now thinks im so slick and can pick up women without trying.

A little story of my own, so, my dad and me were on our way to town but had to stop for gas and such. So my dad gets the gas and then we went into the gas station to get some drinks and all of that before we head back off. Anyways, while my dad was in the bathroom and I was looking at some little stuffed animals they had on some little racks waiting for my dad. My dad comes back out and we look at the stuffed animals for a bit. But a guy came up to us and asked if he could get me a stuffed animal. Because he noticed I was looking at a particular one. My dad said sure, and I picked out a little skunk plushie! Her name is Flora and I still have her to this day! ^^ (I apologize if there are any grammar mistakes!)

In grade 6 I gave a girl a note (put it in her locker secretly) saying how I admire her for being such a strong person. I did this because she was looking really down that day, and it was the truth. She walked around the school asking who wrote the note when she found it. I admitted it was me and she embarrassed me in front of the whole school, didn’t talk to me for the rest of the year.

Here I have one there is one girl who doesn't talk to anyone buz she has anxiety and depression and has family problems and try to suicide many time she talk to me once when we had project together so . I saw it one time her hand full of bandage so I think of send her letter ✉ everyday to tell how strong she is, if she feel like overwhelmed she can talk to me by letter ✉ .I'm here to listening to her . And tell her she is beautiful and a kind girl 👧 . I put in her desk and when she arrived she took letter and walk out of class to school garden I follow her I hide few meter away . She read the letter first she's cry but after she can't stop smiling that day and I put letter every day on her desk she is doing pretty good now and make few friends and she moved out of her parents house and doing part-time job and I'm her friend now she tell us how someone give her letter everyday and she was so happy that someone cares about her and she's not being suicidal again. I'm so happy that she is doing well now. She don't know that I'm the one who send her letter everyday. I'm so happy that I'm helpful to her.

I have one, though it’s not that wholesome. One day I was crossing a very busy highway road with my parents. As we were walking and were midway there I felt someone slightly pull me from behind. I turned to see an old lady who was alone and was visibly panicking. I forcefully let go of my mom’s hand and went back to hold the lady’s hands and help her cross the road. OMG IT WAS GRADUATION DAY (primary school) AND I GOT TO GO AROUND AND GET MY SHIRT SIGNED BY EVERYONE AROUND THE SCHOOL AND THIS PROBABLY AROUND 3-4 YEAR OLD GIRL, AMY CAME UP TO ME, SIGNED MY SHIRT, AND DREW FRENCH FRIES ON MY HAND AND SAID YOU LOOK LIKE A FAIRY U CAN USE UR MAGIC TO MAKE THE CHIPS REAL AND EAT THEM IT WAS WEIRD BUT SO CUTE. AND DOME PEOPLE GAVE ME SWEETS AND CHOCOLATE AND STUFF AND THEN ALL THE TEACHER STOOD IN 2 SEPARATE LINES RIGHT AND THEN THEY TURNED AROUND AND HELD HANDS WITH THE OTHER LINE OF TEACHERS AND MADE US A TEACHER TUNNEL TO RUN THROUGH. WE ALSO HAD PIZZA AND ICE CREAN ANF ICE CREAM AFTER AND THEN WE WENT HOME
