Kek Butter Coklat Resepi / Chocolate Butter Cake Recipe
Bahan-bahan:
250g butter / marjerin
200g / 1 cwn gula kastor
180g tepung naik sendiri (atau tepung gandum + 1 1/2 sk serbuk penaik ayak bersama)
50g / 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
100ml susu cair / segar
1 sk esen vanilla / perisa coklat
5 biji telur (gred c) atau 4 biji saiz A atau B

250g mentega
200g caster sugar
180g self raising flour (or all purpose flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder sift together)
50g cocoa powder
5 eggs (small size)
1 tsp vanilla essence or artificial chocolate flavour
100ml fresh / UHT / evaporated milk
