As soon as it cuts to Colin you can see Ryan pull back and hear a "Tsk" at having to try and rhyme Drew's gibberish, and Colin knows which is why he immediately turns to look at Ryan because he knows shit's going down. When Ryan just says fuck it and throws gibberish back at Drew, Wayne loses it, which causes Drew to lose it. In fact, Colin is the only one who keeps his composure.
